Fantastic stay! Lovely staff and guest amenities. Nice drinks and snacks in the game and guest rooms for people to chill before checking in. The room and private onsen is fantastic. You get a great view of the lake as well! The dinner and breakfast is highly recommended too!

Very nice and comfortable vacation place near Lake Toya. Food was very very good both dinner and breakfast buffet. The hotel offer paid bus from Sapporo station. Osen public bath is was exeptional.

Gorgeous property with plenty of space. The abundance of extra blankets and pillows made our Christmas stay especially cozy. The projector and comfortable entertainment room were a fantastic addition to our holiday experience.
