Very nice sized room for the money. I was upgraded (at no cost) to a north facing room with a lovely view of the lake. The men's on-site public bath was comfy. The Japanese style breakfast each morning was tasty and very filling. There's a Seicomart next door. Great, peaceful location!

Fantastic stay! Lovely staff and guest amenities. Nice drinks and snacks in the game and guest rooms for people to chill before checking in. The room and private onsen is fantastic. You get a great view of the lake as well! The dinner and breakfast is highly recommended too!

We had a nice room facing the lake & the Singaporean owners upgraded us to a room with tatami seats. It has a in-house onsen, therefore I never showered in my room. My mom was happy that there’s someone to speak Cantonese with her in Japan. My first night happened to be the Summer Festa at Lake Toya & so we watched the fireworks with the accompanying stage band. On the second night, the owners treated me with a few rounds of Scotch whisky. On the day we departed, we were given a delicious cheesecake as a goodbye gift. This affirmed my belief that traveling wasn’t taking great photos but making great connections with people.

Gorgeous property with plenty of space. The abundance of extra blankets and pillows made our Christmas stay especially cozy. The projector and comfortable entertainment room were a fantastic addition to our holiday experience. The host was incredibly accommodating and even put up a Christmas tree to help make our celebration truly special.

Nice,clean house with comfy beds and warm duvets. The kitchen has everything you need (coffee machine,toaster,microwave,gas stove,big fridge and freezer..!!). Communication with the owners was easy and they always responded quickly to our questions.

The whole accommodation vibes. From check-in til check-out. Right next to the Nagawa station. We drove so there was ample parking space. Just 20 mins drive away from Toya-Usu. One of the best experience ever. Wish we were able to stay longer to enjoy lounging in the dome gramp. Very clean and well thought of. Amenities and necessities for basic cooking were fully supplied. Glad to be able to do our laundry (with dryer).
