The hotel is very conveniently placed and is very close to the morning market as well as the JR Hakodate station. The room itself has a very modern feel, being unlocked by a QR code or by a pin. It is also self locking as well! For ~$100 a night, it's very worth it.

Huge apartment style room. Service from all staff are incredible and made our 4 days stay very memorable. We walked from the hotel to Red Brick House and slowly stroll to Mt Hakodate Ropeway. Plenty of restaurants around the area. Highly recommend the conveyor sushi near JR Station (Nemoru Hanamaru), had our best meal there with reasonable pricing.

Beautiful old building, complimented by new architecture. Truly relaxing stay for only one night. It felt like home , though we didn’t speak Japenese.

Good location as it is opposite JR station and near a tram stop. Map provided by the hotel was very useful. Staff was helpful with car. Carpark is a slight walk away.
