Good breakfast, staff was very nice

Wonderful Hotel. The Front office lady that checked us in and out was a delight. I am confident we will return in near future. Book direct and save is what I always recommend.

The location was very convenient and the staff were very helpful and friendly.

Standard Toyoko inn quality, not suitable fot those wanting the flashiest hotels, but is one of the safest bet for a normal comfy stay in Japan.

People is very friendly and best place to be at when in Japan.

Staff was really nice, food was tasty and room was cozy.

The location was convenient and very friendly staff. The free drinks in the lobby was good.

we arrived late night from haneda so we took uber to come here. it accepted late night check in so very convenient to us! the room is already heated too!! so kind of them. and they let us put our luggage after check out.

Pros: Room: Great size with a window, very clean. Large bed for two and enough space for luggage. Amenities: Spacious bathroom with strong water pressure. Good hairdryer. Daily changes for towels and pajamas, plus 2 free bottles of water daily. Facilities: On-site washing machine and microwave. Location: Short walk from the station. Surrounded by restaurants, convenience stores, pharmacies, and shopping malls. Value & Travel: Cheaper than staying in central Tokyo. Perfect base for traveling to Yokohama, Kamakura, and quick access to Tokyo. Note: Remember to switch the AC to 'cooling mode' during summer—it cools the room down perfectly.

Great breakfast. Clean and spacious room. Helpful staff.

Location , sheltered all the way from the station with lots of shops around

Really really loved everything especially little projector and screen! Room service was also amazing! I was there for Kanamara Matsuri and it was perfect 2 days! Will come again

Onsen was superb. Wasn't expecting to see Mount Fuji on the 15th floor. Ice cream and ramen after onsen were the cherry on top of the cake.

We had a room on the 37th floor overlooking Yokohama and the railway station - the view was amazing! The room is modern and very nice with a big comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. The location is great if you take the Shinkansen the next morning as the hotel is literally at the railway station.

Friendly, professional service, room set up was great, good size.

The room I stayed in had a bit more space than others. I liked how the entrance has areas for shoes.

The staffs are always kind and smilely, I dropped an earcuff in the room so when check out I asked for a call if they found one, and they found it and contact me soon. There are large space to open your suitcase, and the bed is large and comfortable.

Very friendly staff and the beds were very comfortable
