Our ways to the hotel were blocked by the heavy snow, but the staff was really nice and patient about giving us direction. The onsen was amazing and the lobby - really rate it!

Close to the lake and the winter festival. The hotel was warm, clean, and very comfortable. The onsen was very good too.

The host Tomoko was excellent cook and host. We were allowed to check in ourselves around 2pm as she was not around. We just pick out the bed that was free. This is excellent service and ingenuity. The yen 1000 dinner was excellent and yen 350 onsen next door 3 stars Hotel Towadoso was excellent
