Central location in Mombasa, safe environment, very friendly and helpful staff, very tasty breakfast buffet, 24h reception. We arrived at 4am with the night train from Nairobi and could take our room immediately. They also organised a pickup from the station at this time.

Very accommodating staff. Made sure everything was top notch

The staff were really nice and friendly. Felt at home from check-in and even after check out. They took really good care of me. My room was large, air conditioned and a comfortable balcony. The hotel refills water and changes the towels and sheets regularly. Was a gem and glad I found it. Definitely coming back 😊

Five star breakfast, a great team of staff. They were all very warm and friendly from the reception, house keeping to the dining. I loved my stay.

The breakfast was good and they can bring into you room which is good for

Everything was fantastic, let me start by appreciating the phenomenal workers in this beautiful facility. Everyone was very kind very helpful! Food is great! Views are to die for! One thing that really stood out for me..The security staff and the reception team! This company has invested in Human Resources. I normally like to review places I have been to especially in Kenya, These people are well trained, they are just professionals. I can talk about every single little detail but just know that it was a 10/10 special shout out to all the security officers! Keep doing your job the way you doing. Special thanks to Emily and Moses at the Reception. The housekeeping guy, Lady security officer infront of our suite B105 You're all wonderful. I forgot name of the lady who Checked us in and informed us we had been upgraded. Thank you so much. I will be coming back again and again. I love love it.
