A carefully thought and well kept area right at the border of the Nakuru National Park. A lookout tower towards the Lion Hill. Peaceful, green, with good air. Poline, the manager is very knowledgeable on tourist options in the area - too bad I talked to her only once. Very polite staff. Excellent samosas with beef.

An exceptional stay at Rock Hyrax Hotel Nakuru. From the moment we made the booking, the service was thoughtful and personalised. They called to confirm our late arrival and even arranged dinner for us past 11pm, which was truly impressive. Collins and Fenny at reception were outstanding; gracious, professional, and attentive. Faith, Nicole and Tolbert delivered exquisite meals; the food was simply exceptional. The hotel’s ambience is serene, elegant, and impeccably maintained. Service, cleanliness, and attention to detail were all top-tier. A truly memorable experience highly recommended and we will for sure be back!

Everything was perfect🤩! From the moment we stepped into the place, our satisfaction was the top priority of everyone involved. The ambience was impeccable! The cleanliness and comfort were top notch. The food was as amazing as the chefs. I am still amazed that such a place exists in Kenya, let alone Nakuru. We loved the decor and every detail put to uplift the mood. Will be sure to bring my entire social circle here. I stayed at the Eastmark for one night and was very pleased with my visit. Upon arrival, Grace, the receptionist, was extremely friendly and efficient and later even offered to change my room so I could have a nicer view. This made an excellent first impression on me. In fact, all the staff I encountered were friendly and polite. I hope the management recognizes just how good the staff is doing in maintaining a high level of customer service. The room I stayed in (Room 314) was large and clean with a wonderfully comfortable double bed. I only had a small breakfast before leaving but I was again impressed with the buffet selection and variety. I would definitely stay at the Eastmark again should I return to Nakuru.
