Offering two pools and a seaside restaurant, The Hamilton Beach Villas & Spa is located in Pinneys Beach. Free WiFi access is available in all areas of this resort. Our villa was spacious and spotless with all the comforts of home. The view from the third floor of the Caribbean, beach and gardens were marvelous. The facilities including the two pools and gorgeous beach were first rate. The staff was outstanding- always going above and beyond- thank you, David, Shariesa and Myra!! We will be back!
Surrounded by tropical gardens, this quaint property in Gingerland offers an outdoor pool, plus a restaurant and free daily breakfast. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout Golden Rock Inn. The gardens were superb. The staff was friendly and very helpful.
This luxurious resort is set in a 60-acre former sugar plantation at the foot of Nevis Peak. It features a Spa with massage and body treatments, a tennis court and a private beach. High Quality property. Caters for British (kettle, tea and coffee) in your room. It’s quiet, beautiful well kept surroundings, excellent staff and service 😁
Located right on Oualie Beach, this family-run resort offers lush gardens and charming rooms set in Caribbean-style cottages. Great restaurant fresh and homemade. The staff were really nice and friendly and eager to please. Taxis were available at the property. We took a private island tour for $75.00 and saw all the hidden gems of the island. We would recommend TC she was our driver for the tour.
Offering a restaurant, Philsha's Guest House is located in Charlestown, 15 minutes’ walk away from Pinney’s Beach. WiFi access is available in some rooms. Beautiful little guesthouse. I liked how my room had a kitchen in it! Though I think the oven was out of gas but I didn’t talk to anyone about it so I may have been doing something wrong. I could have easily spent a long time there. It’s by the beach and it felt secure.
Very laid back and quiet which was what we enjoy. The snorkeling off our beach & a few other beaches was not as good as I had hoped. The boat snorkel tour was great but there was some issues re: the cost of the trip as advertised and what the tour boat/resort wanted to charge. We really liked the beach bar at the resort we stayed st and the staff and other guests were wonderful. There was a mixup on our room reservation, but the staff made up for the inconvenience & we were more than satisfied
Interesting and peaceful small island, with a good atmosphere and welcoming people. Enjoyed visiting the Botanical Gardens and Charlestown. Good place to relax. Taxis plentiful and also used the local, cheaper buses.Excellent meal at the Gin Trap, with the manager insisting on driving us home to Oualie Beach resort after dinner! Friends also reported the best ever lobster sandwich at the Golden Rocks Hotel (wish I had got there too!).
Nevis is a gem! A small, unspoiled island. The locals are very friendly and welcoming. The Island is full of history so be sure to take a guided island tour (takes about 3 hours). There are 2 ways to get to Nevis from St. Kitts; water taxi and the ferry. We did both during our stay; the ferry is less expensive but takes 45 minutes. The water taxi is worth the extra cost. Both options seem to stick to their posted schedules. Be prepared for a slow, relaxing pace on this island.
Botanical garden is an absolute jewel. Have a lunch at Golden Rock. The setting is incredible. With a car, getting around is easy. British style driving, of course. Watch for goats, sheep, and donkeys. Yes, donkeys. No problem during daylight; a driving hazard after dark. People are friendly and island is safe.
