It's a spectacular hotel for families and pets. The spaces are very nice and clean. The staff is wonderful and very helpful. I would return a thousand times.

Great place great friendly staff

We chose this hotel to avoid the crowds downtown Gyeongju. However, it turned out that the hotel was fully booked! Nevertheless, the room was quiet at night, and we had a good sleep. Our Deluxe Twin Room with Mountain View looked a bit old fashioned (it isn't), but was comfortable with two chairs and a table at the window. The beds were comfortable too. There was no noise at night, neither from the street, nor from the hall or other rooms. Breakfast was very good, with a wide selection of dishes, and at a reasonable price. We appreciated the free parking, although, due to the hotel being fully booked, we had to use the open parking lot in the farthest corner of the site.

I was happy with the accommodation considering the price. It offered good value for money and made my stay comfortable.

I really liked the owner she was very helpful and help me understand where things were and how to get there. Also a great room which was very clean and the whole environment was well maintained.

Great hotel with exceptional staff - they let us store our bags overnight whilst we went for a temple stay. Gorgeous rooms!

This hotel is not your ordinary hotel, it is a very unique experience. Although not advertised, upon 6pm arrival, dinner is served. Dinner includes 4 course meal at their very authentic dinner bistro. Then you are given a polaroid camera to create memories from your stay. For breakfast you get a breakfast box to be enjoyed at your own spa room. Every little detail has been carefully thought out and the staff members cannot get any nicer or any friendlier. Thank you. It has been the most memorable stay during our roadtrip in South Korea. Ps. Dinner, breakfast, Polaroid photo printouts, complimentary alcoholic drinks and snacks are all included in the room price.

Good size room with lots of light coming in . Great pressure under the shower . Staff were very helpful. Good Korean breakfast available. Waking distance to the Main Street (20-30min walk ) . There is a 24h shop 1 min away .

Spacious rooms, a rich and varied breakfast, and very kind and helpful hotel staff despite the language barrier. Fantastic location, just a 15-minute walk from the main attractions. We would definitely return to Ciel Hotel if we come back to Gyeongju!!

Hygiene and reasonable price - great value

Room was nice, clean, much space, perfectly located, close to the main sights. We’ve enjoyed the stay.

We booked this hotel super last minute, the day before going to Gyeongju and it was great! Lovely hotel with very nice, clean facilities. The room we had was great with a nice view. Staff were very helpful during check in and check out and we were able to leave luggage. Hotel was in a good location and easy to walk to all the main sights to see. Would stay here again!
