Staff Service Food Cleanliness

Ideal location for Beiruting with restaurants, cafés and local vibe. Classic architecture with timeless feel. High quality in every aspect. Rooftop bar with a great view. All employees professional and service oriented

Lover everything, I just expected little more variety for breakfast

It's nice, cosy, clean and generous with the towels and shampoos

NAder and the staff were so helpful

Hotel Lost is a beautiful boutique hotel with a lovely bar and dining area, located in the heart of Gemmayzeh. With cafés, bars, art galleries and local attractions all within walking distance, it was the perfect base for exploring Beirut. Nana and the entire team were incredibly welcoming, professional and attentive throughout my stay. They provided great local recommendations and also organised my transportation for day trips to Byblos and Batroun, which made everything so easy. Joseph, who transported me, was also incredibly professional and insightful — I ended up getting a little tour along the way too! 😊 The hotel itself is clean, comfortable and beautifully maintained, and breakfast is included — another bonus! Thank you to Nana and the Hotel Lost team for making my stay in Beirut so enjoyable ☺️🤍

A rare escape in the middle of the city. Maintaining the integrity of the space, 10 Stories hotel is a hiddem gem complemented by excellent service and great atmosphere.

Premium Location in the middle of downtown, with easy access to many places, shops, restaurants. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Food in their restaurants is amazing

Modern and well located for Ras Beirut. Lovely large, well equipped studios. It is more of a serviced-apartments than hotel experience (which is what I wanted) - but with 5 star hotel standards. Spotlessly clean. Very comfortable bed and quality linens. Excellent breakfast - both Lebanese and Western. Friendly, very helpful staff.

I always stay in this hotel in Beirut. Location is superb. Price is very competitive. Rooms have own kitchen and very good furnished. Almost all taxi drivers know this hotel.

Location and staff are amazing

Great staff, large modern clean room, good food and great location.

Very cute guest house, lovely staff, perfect location

Nice rooftop, helpful staff, nice room

One of the best Hotels in Beirut. The staff were exceptionally friendly, nice and helpful. You feel that they care (not just doing their job, which means so much to the visitor). The rooms are very comfortable, super design, and very clean. When you go into that hotel, you feel you are in another country. Very recommended hotel. Thank you, QHotel for this exceptional stay.

The experience was flawless. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Amira, who provided exceptional service with a smiley face. Thank you to everyone involved.
