It was a beautifully located and wonderfully preserved old Lebanese home where we slept in the beautiful architecture of an old home's cellar. The place was perfectly maintained and we felt like we were frozen in time! My parents and I were craving a retreat from Beirut, and this exceeded our expectations. Michelle welcomed us and showed us around his ancestors' home. We were so thrilled with the architecture and location, and his recommendation for dinner was exceptional. If you're looking for a local, historical experience of this beautiful Lebanese mountain town, stay here!

Host was very welcoming and kind. Fascinating experience! The rooms are large and spacious, comfortable beds, hot water, kitchen, clean bathrooms…very nice interior design and particularly comfortable. The apartment is in the middle of nature, exactly what was needed to enjoy a bit of peace and quiet. So serene. It’s definitely worth it! (value for money) The best thing about this as well is the outdoor space which is big and there’s a ping pong and firepit and different things to do and enjoy.
