perfect ! breakfast is so delicious. just small minus is that you need to wait for your food. it’s was just once open buffet. there is stunning view on swim pool area and from a room. stuff is so friendly, helpful, well-trained and cool. service is so fast with any inquiries. water, fruits, food, any extras … they delivered in 3-5 mins. wow !

I had a wonderful stay at Haya Hotel. The staff were exceptionally welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Special thanks to Wassim, General Manager, for his professionalism and kindness — he went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect during my stay. Great location, enjoyed swimming in the sea. Food from the restaurant really good, pool nice and quiet. Employees all helpful and friendly, even when faced with lugging our suitcases up and down flights of stairs. Secure - hotel gets locked at night with an option to ring for opening.

My wife and I had a truly delightful stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the reception team greeted us warmly, making us feel instantly welcome. Throughout our stay, the staff's friendliness and professionalism were evident, especially the attentive F&B team, Tony, Marianne & Jimmy who ensured our dining experience was exceptional. A highlight was the sweet gesture of the kunafa crepe, a delightful treat😋.The hotel's amenities were fantastic, and the room was both comfortable and clean with a stunning sea view. They have an amazing heated pool, steam room and sauna, perfect in the rainy cold weather... Highly recommend this hotel for a memorable and enjoyable stay. We can't wait to return!
