An elegant hotel, extremely clean, and very close to the old market, with all services available nearby. One important point I would like to highlight: I have visited 72 countries and stayed in more than 300 hotels around the world. I have never encountered a hotel owner who cares for guests and is as keen on their comfort as the respected Mrs. Cynthia. She deserves my utmost appreciation and thanks.

My friend and i spent the long easter weekend in Jbeil. We had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel in Jbeil. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the charming old souks and the beach. The staff were welcoming, polite, and friendly. Our room was clean, with a stunning view that made our mornings extra special. Breakfast was delicious and served right to our room, adding a lovely touch to our stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Jbeil, and I will surely return.thanks

I had a wonderful stay at Haya Hotel. The staff were exceptionally welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Special thanks to Wassim, General Manager, for his professionalism and kindness — he went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect during my stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere of the hotel felt warm and relaxing. I truly appreciated the excellent service and genuine hospitality from the whole team. My wife and I had a truly delightful stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the reception team greeted us warmly, making us feel instantly welcome. Throughout our stay, the staff's friendliness and professionalism were evident, especially the attentive F&B team, Tony, Marianne & Jimmy who ensured our dining experience was exceptional. A highlight was the sweet gesture of the kunafa crepe, a delightful treat😋.The hotel's amenities were fantastic, and the room was both comfortable and clean with a stunning sea view. They have an amazing heated pool, steam room and sauna, perfect in the rainy cold weather... Highly recommend this hotel for a memorable and enjoyable stay. We can't wait to return!
