A lovely hotel in a great quiet location, close to restaurants etc.A nice pool 8m long where you can cool off. The staff/owners were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

Everything was perfect, family and the owner was so kind to Us and asked of we need something. Bit the most important thing on Sri Łańska rooms was that the room was totally clean, no dirt, no any bugs. You can feel very comfortable there. Close is nice restaurant and main road where are mamy places to eat so localisation is perfect :) If we will come back to Sri Lanka ona day we will definitely come back here :)

Beach is close. Really clean rooms than other places in negombo. Very New Hotel with greenery vibe. Comfortable beds and clean rooms. Air-conditioning is working really well. Option in breakfast and some days it's big buffet. I had a really good night stay in this place

Owner off the property kind person, provide us with everything Staff also friendly, gave us late breakfast option. Pool and yard of the hotel is nice.

I chose to acclimatise and plan the rest of my Sri Lanka trip from Negombo - and what a great place to have done it. A/c was great. Internet was great. It was very nice to work on the top level patio outside (but very hot). Staff was super friendly, and they even checked if I made it back home the one night - I was just sleeping soundly. Highly recommend. Location was also good - nice and quiet area, but still close to restaurants. There's also a very small water/chips/laundry detergent shop right next door if you need any essentials.

Social project, orphanage with integrated tourism. Wonderful Raji and really great stuff run the small hotel. Dive in Tamil culture, definitely an excellent alternative to one night stay over in Negombo. Do it.

Well maintained, clean, good service and location

Was absolutely ideal as an arrival/departure hotel given proximity to the airport. Would be a good option for longer stay as well. Staff were excellent. Great beakfast, and onsite resteraunt/bar. Very clean.

Perfect hotel for a relaxing day. Pool is great with nice beds. Location is great, with nice restaurants nearby. Very big room with nice shower. Friendly and helpful personell. Good breakfast.

Wonderful stay and wonderful people ! They helped us so much, let us keep our luggage after check out and got us to the airport. Highly recommend this place !

From the welcoming through out the whole stay was just great und all the staff where very helpful. I have received special food to recover of my stomach problem and I could travel home feeling much better. The Hotel is a hidden “Gem” with Spa.. pick up and drop of service to and from the airport. Thank you.

Stayed 4 nights. About 12k from airport. 3000-3500 rupees taxi fare. Host good English. Wifi good. Room good size with balcony. Bathroom good size. Breakfast was quite big. About 10 min walk to good restaurants.

Everything. The breakfast was great, the room was very clean and spacious and the host was very friendly.

I loved how close it was to the airport and how near it is to the beach, which is amazing. Even though you can’t necessarily swim there, it was really nice to walk along the beach and just relax. There's a nice range of seafood restaurants along the same street as well. Perfect!
