A wonderful mountain hotel with stunning views. I loved living in the clouds. Special thanks to the entire hotel staff for helping me with a flat tire. The rental company didn't provide a jack or a wrench. Everyone, from the receptionist and restaurant manager to the cook and gardener, came to the rescue. They called a repairman, took the tire to a workshop, and installed it on the car themselves. If you stay at this hotel, you can rest assured that you can rely on this team: they will not leave you in the lurch.

Good place to stay near the pekoe trail. A 15min tuk tuk from the trail, 1000 rupee. Stayed in the tent and this was sufficient. Food and hosts were lovely

Stepping into the Golden Crown Hotel felt like entering a tropical paradise! Lush greenery draped over balconies, sparkling infinity pool reflecting the sun, and the scent of frangipani filling the air. From the first moment, though, the beauty paled in comparison to the warmth of the staff. Taranga, one of manager's, greeted us with a smile so bright it could have chased away monsoon clouds. He checked us in with the efficiency of a hummingbird, all while making us feel like long-lost friends. Thanks to you Taranga, the Golden Crown wasn't just a stunning hotel, it was a home away from home. We left feeling like we'd discovered not just a hidden gem, but a new family!
