What I liked the most was the helpful and willingness nature of the staff members. From the bell boy to the housekeepers, everyone was always genuinely attentive and friendly. The room was spacious and cozy with a stunning view of the city. We were 3 and were provided with more than enough pillows for us. We were on RO basis assuming we’d not be dining always at the restaurant. We were so wrong as we dined out only once. The in house restaurant offered a wide range of options for both dinner and breakfast. Live music was played during dinner that bought ambience to the already vibrant dinning hall. The quality of food was excellent and the ingredients used were super fresh as well. The food journey was completed by the excellent service from the F&B team. Shenu and thrishka to name a few. We used the swimming pool quite often during our stay. The shower facilities were extremely clean and spotless. The pool was warm and the water was not overly concentrated with chlorine. Kumar who maintained and managed the pool area was very friendly and kind to me and my family. Last and not the least, the bell man we had was the absolute best. As we were in need of a transfer way back to Colombo, he offered to help find us a good driver with a decent car. Me and my family are grateful for the services we received and we would definitely choose Araliya Red again. We would whole heartedly recommend this for the other travelers as well.

I loved the location, the botanical gardens in hotel, the room with Jacuzzi and the facilities in the hotel including the heated indoor pool. Also the staff were very welcoming and helpful.

The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The rooms were spacious with a beautiful view, and the cold weather made the stay even more enjoyable. The staff were friendly, polite, and very helpful throughout our stay. The location is great peaceful yet close to main attractions in Nuwara Eliya. Overall, the atmosphere was calm and relaxing.

The staff was the sweetest. The beds were so comfy. The bathroom was perfect. The balcony view is so scenic; I wish we could have stayed more. And the lake is right in front of the hotel, so it's in the best location. I'm very glad I chose them.

We had a wonderful stay at Araliya Green Hills Hotel. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and beautifully located. The staff were very welcoming, friendly, and attentive to our needs. A special thank you to Sheron, Sandaliyal, and Vishwa for their kindness, excellent service, and the lovely way they treated me and my children. Their hospitality made our stay truly memorable.

The service was excellent! The staff were incredibly polite and always ready to help. One of the gentlemen even offered us his personal umbrella, arranged a tuk-tuk, and organized a guide for us. When we planned to take a train to Ella during bad weather, he called the station to check if the train was running, instructed the driver to wait in case the train was canceled, and offered us to stay in the room until the next train schedule. Truly outstanding hospitality.

Araliya Green Hills Hotel where I stayed for 2 nights. The hotel is clean with a large, spacious and well-equipped room. Kind, smiling and professional staff. Fair price. Breakfast included, rich and good. Restaurant in the evening with a varied menu. Highly recommend the hotel. If I come to the area again, I will definitely choose this hotel.

This hotel was the best I stayed in Sri Lanka so far. Very occidental style. The bed and the lined is top notch. The bathroom very comfortable. Had dinner at restaurant and the food was good (slightly overpriced but normal for such a place). The hotel Super clean and modern.

Very beautiful accommodation consist of beautiful cottages of England houses styles. Nicely made with gardens and location surrounded with tea plantation. It is very quite place perfect for couples in honeymoon.

The chistmas decors were out of this world and staff are very friendly

Located in an old tea factory, this hotel is something special for people who enjoy tradition. The outside facade of the old tea factory was kept, while the inside keeps many momentos, machinery and the old elevators. A special experience! Dinner and breakfast buffet were both excellent as well.

Amazing place with lake view. Loved the cabin ( really big). Its clean and the staff are friendly . They went above and beyond and prepared take away breakfast as i had to check out before official breakfast timing Highly recommended Small advice, if ur there the boat trip on the lake is overrated, walk around the lake its 1000 ruppes per person, its an amazing walk

For a 1-night stay, it had everything you need and nothing extra to worry about. We actually felt more rested than we expected after just one night. The biggest highlight, however, was the staff. That kind of hospitality is rare these days, and it made our short stay feel much more welcoming and personal. The facilities were excellent and maintained to a high standard, especially the reliable hot water. However, what truly makes this hotel special is the exceptional staff. We were treated like royalty throughout our stay, making it the highlight of our month-long trip around Sri Lanka. The food was also the best we had during our travels.
