Breakfast had an excellent choice of foods.

It's a five star hotel with a well equipped spa, a heated pool and very professional staff members. All that in a magical location. Don't think just book! My thanks to Natasha, who helped me get to the hotel safely.

Had a wonderful stay at Winsada Bungalow, Nuwara Eliya. The food was really delicious and well prepared, and the staff were extremely kind, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. The place has a calm and relaxing atmosphere, perfect for a peaceful getaway. Highly recommended, and I’d definitely love to visit again!

This was the best stay of our trip (considering we stayed at Radisson and Sheraton at other locations). Excellent staff - they are proper hoteliers, very courteous, well trained and super polite. Great property, the breakfast spread was heavenly, the gym was also very functional. There's a food court and a convenience store right in the hotel, it cannot get any better ! The lake is 5-10 mins by walk, its very close to the centre. We didnt use it, but it also has a heated pool

I had a great experience during my stay! The staff provided excellent service-friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The location was perfect, making it easy to access nearby attractions. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, with well-maintained spaces throughout. My only suggestion would be to have slightly more room space for added comfort. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I’d definitely consider returning!

While the service and hospitality were excellent, we noticed that some areas of the property would benefit from fresh painting and minor touch-ups, which would further enhance the overall appearance and guest experience. Addressing this would elevate the property to an even higher standard. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding team, attentive management, and welcoming environment. We look forward to returning in the future.

Hotel with a unique beautiful design, located a bit on a hill, very good location, quiet, away from noise but very close to everything. We had amazing views from our balcony early morning, birds singing, fresh air. Room is spacios and clean, fridge, kettle in the room, that is nice. End of february it was warm and pleasant inside the room without a heater, as I know, usually in Nuwara Eliya it is cold inside the premises at night. Polite and friendly staff, good breakfast. Good and big bathroom with a window. We would stay again ☺

The service was excellent! The staff were incredibly polite and always ready to help. One of the gentlemen even offered us his personal umbrella, arranged a tuk-tuk, and organized a guide for us. When we planned to take a train to Ella during bad weather, he called the station to check if the train was running, instructed the driver to wait in case the train was canceled, and offered us to stay in the room until the next train schedule. Truly outstanding hospitality.

Good location, cozy stay! Loved JL Grand’s central spot near Gregory Lake and Victoria Park. Staff were warm and attentive—our room had breathtaking lake views and was impeccably clean. Breakfast was continental, they were keen to bring you more if you asked, though Wi-Fi was weak in rooms. Ideal for exploring Nuwara Eliya’s charm! Staff was great providing the heater!

If you want to experience something unique in Nuwara Eliya, I highly recommend staying at Winchester Little England. This beautiful cottage truly makes you feel like you’re in England, thanks to its charming atmosphere and the surrounding landscape. Everything was perfect, from the warm welcome to the clean and comfortable room with an incredible view. Walking around the area is a magical experience, as the scenery genuinely resembles the English countryside. An unforgettable stay, perfect for those seeking relaxation and charm in an enchanting setting!

Very warm welcoming staff, who went out of their way to make our stay a wonderful one. The rooms were very spacious and had two double beds each. As for pricing: the hotel offers excellent value for money.

Perfect experience as the last night in Sri Lanka. The hotel is located in a large tea garden only with 39 rooms, next to a local village, a quiet place with great tea garden view and full of fresh air. The hotel has designed several hiking path for the guest, worth to try. The staff here is extremely friendly and considerate. They almost thought about everything I needed during my stay. The quality of the service here is impressive.

We stayed on the first floor, but the mountain view from the second floor must be absolutely stunning. Breakfast was very generous and delicious. Highly recommended!
