The location, the room, the swimming pool, the view

The staff was super friendly and the rooms are very clean. It has all that you need and it’s within walking distance to the centre.

From start to finish we had a lovely time. I honestly can't emphasis how nice the staff are in this hotel. At arrival they checked us in, while we sat and got tea .our driver was provided with accommodation, they also showed great respect to our driver by offering him tea also. The breakfast buffet was lovely, we had the dinner buffet one of the nights also which was really good, only problem is there is too much food to try. We had our 4 month old baby with us and it was his first time in a pool here, the man who works in the pool couldn't be any nicer helping us and making our baby laugh and comfortable. The wait staff Mohan(so helpful), Vino ( who knew about Ireland and Irish dancing) Malhy, vill, Marshall and Mr Netto who were helpful and even held our baby while we eat. The lovely young man who checked us in and took family photos of us( you can see him in the photos) who's name I've forgotten thanks so much for being really nice to us and making the check in and out process so easy. We were here at Christmas the decorations were amazing and I loved the Christmas music playing in the bedroom was such a nice treat

Breakfast had a huge spread with local and western cuisine. Location was great. Food court attached to the hotel was a bonus although limited in varieties. However very sufficient.

Staff were very welcoming! Oshadi at breakfast was very helpful. Extremely comfortable beds and a free upgrade gave us a very large room, lots of space. Good selection for breakfast and a nice location.

We had a wonderful stay at Queensland Hotel and felt very welcomed from the moment we arrived! Breakfast and dinner were delicious. The hotel is walking distance to Gregory Lake and close to the city center. We were offered a day trip around Nuwara Eliya which was very practical and allowed us to see all the best spots, we would definitely recommend!

We liked everything about Queens Mount Glen Heights! From the moment we crossed the threshold until we left, only positive emotions. Very attentive and sensitive staff, guys - thank you very much! There was not a single unresolved issue. Bravo! The location is excellent, the room is very cozy with a beautiful view, you can feel the care for the guests in every detail. Insanely comfortable bed with snow-white linen. We managed to get a good night's sleep. Including because it is very quiet around. Convenient, modern bathroom. The water pressure is excellent, including hot water. No comments at all! There is only one wish: do not lower the bar, keep it up! If we manage to come back, then only to you. Thank you for your hospitality!

The property is modern, stylish and very well maintained. The large glass windows offer beautiful views and the overall atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing. The interior design is elegant and the common areas are spacious and comfortable.

The location is close to the town centre so everything was very accessible. It is set back from the road so quiet. Chalet design is unique and fun! Staff very attentive and helped in every way possible. Breakfast set me up for the day in a very comfortable dining room.

The whole place was an amazing experience and I learnt much more about the history of tea in Nuwara Eliya. The staff are exceptionally polite, very pleasant and very kind and considerate. It felt like being taken care of by family. The food was amazing and the ambience with life musician was speechless.

The staff were amazing !! The rooms were very big with a huge bed . The views from the room were incredible. There was a beautiful pool and the hotel are in the process of building a spa and gym Highly recommend.

The room was clean. There was hot water. It was about 13 °C in the evening, there was no extra heating, but grandma's quilts were thick and warm, we slept great. The dinner was decent, there were also European dishes not only homemade food. Everything was fine :)

We had a wonderful stay at Mirage kings cottage. The rooms were spacious, very comfortable, and exceptionally clean, which made our stay even more relaxing. The food was amazing, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from, catering to different tastes. The staff were extremely friendly and always ready to help whenever we needed anything, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The garden is truly like a heaven so beautiful, peaceful, and very well maintained. It added a special charm to the overall experience.
