United KingdomWe stayed here with my family for 2 and a half weeks and it was a phenomenally comfortable stay. I would highly recommend this place.
Gated community with roll up gate shutters and a secure front gate. 4 bedroom house with excellent rooms - air con in 3 of them, with a strong fan in the bottom one. Flat screen TV. Fast Wi-Fi - though be aware if you’re using it frequently the limit may wear out, especially with a family so ensure you have a good sim with a decent internet plan. The house is so spacious and excellently designed for all your needs. Good space for hosting dinners and friends too. Space for 2 cars in the house. Includes a washing machine too, which is ideal, large balcony at the rooftop to provide further space. Within a reasonable distance to Colombo city centre too.
10/10 would recommend!

GreeceWe booked the standard double room but we got upgranded upon our arrival. The size of the room was enormous, excellent cleaning conditions both the room and the bathroom. The mattress and the pillows were in very good condition, with fresh soft high quality bedsheets, the staff was helpful, warm and very hospitable! The location is in a nice district with many options around in terms of food, transport, shopping. We had our own balcony and we got served coffee in the room without any additional charge! After 2 months travelling in India, our stay in Silvikris Villa was the best welcome of Sri Lanka!
The small details of the interior decoration, the facilities and the space management of the Villa made it one of our favourite accommodations that we ever stayed! We might spend another night in Colombo and definetely that would be in Silvikris Villa!!

My daughter had a very pleasant one-night stay at this property. The environment was calm and peaceful, with a beautiful paddy field view that made the stay very relaxing. She was very happy to be their first guest.
The room was clean and well maintained, and having an attached bathroom added extra comfort and privacy. The space felt safe, quiet, and suitable for a comfortable overnight stay.
As this is a girls-only accommodation, it provides a strong sense of privacy and security for female guests, which makes the stay even more comfortable and reassuring.
The host was friendly and helpful, and the check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. Overall, it was good value for money, especially for a short stay in the Malabe area.
She also believes that reservations like this are helpful in supporting and encouraging small property owners, and she is happy to contribute in that way.
We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet, secure, and comfortable stay, and my daughter would consider staying here again in the future.

Malabe is a busy semi-urban area, just far enough from the really busy crowded streets of Colombo to enable visitors to walk along lanes and between paddy fields, and get a taste of life in Sri Lanka outside of the city. Nearby, the small marsh, the "Chandrika Kumarathunga Mawatha Wetland" - beside a canal and well-cared-for "jogging track" - offers a lovely selection of bird life and glimpses of the huge water monitors swimming in the canal. To see even more wildlife of Sri Lanka, spend a couple of days inland visiting Sinharaja Rainforest or Yala National Park for a safari.
