Everything. The place was clean and comfy. The host was so kind and helpful. The breakfast made by his wife was delicious. The safari was fantastic. Exceeded expectations. Excellent quality for a budget price.

Very good location for safari

Very pleasant staff, welcome drinks upon arrival, very nice! The staff also helped carry our luggage!

the location was really good. the hotel looked exactly as the pictures portray. staff was amazing, they were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond what was expected of them. especially our waiter Nirwan Uimukthi. the hotel is perfect if you plan on doing a safari. they organised everything for us at a reasonable price and the safari company they work with provided an amazing experience (great driver who knew where to spot animals, knew how to behave around them and even prolonged our safari so that we could spot an elephant family without additional charge).

Very nice place with a good pool close (5 min.) to the park. Excellent home made food and lovely people!!! We have very good memories from our 4 day stay! ❤️

Good location with nice view. Value for money. Customer service is excellent. We went to safari and it also a good experience.

This is undoubtedly the best experience of all my trips: the hotel is the best in the area, spacious, with great facilities, super comfortable rooms, a restaurant with a very varied and good menu (dinner and breakfast), and the best location for visiting the Udawalawe Safari. Regarding the staff, everyone was very friendly, and I must especially mention the manager, Mr. Dhamita. He treated us like true VIPs throughout our stay, giving us the best rooms with the best views (the air conditioning worked perfectly, which was a must for us), taking care of booking the Safari tour, and even surprising my daughter with a cake for her birthday. I traveled with my wife and my children, ages 15 and 20, and the experience was unforgettable. I will highly recommend it to everyone.

Lovely host, extremely friendly. Simple room but clean and very comfortable, you have everything you need for a night or two. Warm water which is quite rare in Sri Lanka. Huge beds. Very calm surrounding and walking distance from the safari. Dinner and breakfast both very very delicious, the best dinner and breakfast we had after 7days, homemade, fresh, tasty for a very good price😊 Host arranged a safari tour for just the 2 of us and took us to places where there were hardly any tourist...highly recommended.

Cozy room in a super quite environment. Staff was super attentive and the manager was super helpful

I stayed there with my family and I have to say, everything exceeded our expectations. Room was clean, spacious and well equipped. Bathroom was even better. Super clean. Everyone loved the pool. The best part was the environment. It didn't feel like a typical hotel at all and we could enjoy the nature around us. Everything was well maintained. We had breakfast and dinner there and that was awesome too. I really don't think the photos they have added here do justice as the place is much better than what you see in the photos.

Unique stay in the chalets, extremely clean and very comfy beds! Hammock outside was a lovely touch, very peaceful! Location is very close to the national park where we did an amazing safari! Staff were very helpful, lovely breakfast included and we enjoyed the buffet dinner!
