Cleanliness and amenities were up to standard, making for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly, attentive, and provided excellent service throughout. The breakfast was delicious, with generous portion sizes. Overall, a pleasant experience and a place I would recommend.

Everything was PERFECT. Best stay in my time in Sri Lanka! I got injured while surfing so I just wanted a hotel where I could chill all day and this place was amazing. Super friendly staff, amazing rooms, super clean, delicious breakfast, drinks and dinner. I would’ve loved to stay longer!

I had a great time staying at Lucky Monkey Inn & Restaurant. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the whole place has a really relaxed, welcoming vibe. Cooling down in the pool was always a highlight during the day. In the evenings, when the weather allowed, we enjoyed delicious dinners right by the beach with a beautiful ocean view — the best way to end the day. The room was cozy and comfortable, the pool is great and the little green garden beautiful. The staff helped us with everything we asked for. Transfer from Colombo Airport, scooter rental, local food and drinks, basically anything in their hands

Beautiful clean room with a view across the sea. We had the third floor suite and we cannot remember having stayed in a nicer room. Exceptional. The staff could not have been more charming and helpful.

Enrico and his team were super helpful and organised a new room for us which was in mint condition! We also had a delicious breakfast and the location was perfect distance to Weligama, Ahangama and Mirissa. Were also very helpful and accomodating for us to leave our suitcase behind and checkout late so that we could squeeze in a quick last swim. Strongly recommend.

We felt very welcome here. Nipun and his family were so nice and helpful, bringing us things whenever we needed. So far our best stay here in Sri Lanka. The building is nearby the beach and all the restaurants, but in a quiet street away from the noise. The room was newly renovated and had everything you need, a warm shower, mini fridge, ac and working wifi. 10/10 recommend staying here.

We stayed here for a few days and ended up extending our stay because we were so happy with everything. We’ve previously missed being able to cook our own meals at places we’ve stayed, and that’s something you can do here at Azure. They have three shared kitchens on the top floor of the building, with a spacious and airy dining area. There are refrigerators, stoves, tableware, and everything you need. The staff empty the trash and keep everything clean and tidy throughout the day. After four nights, we asked if we could borrow a broom because we had brought some sand into the room. Instead, they came by and quickly cleaned the room for us, refilled the toilet paper, and provided fresh towels. On the day we checked out, we weren’t leaving Mirissa until the evening. The owner of Azure gave us a key to a guest room where we could leave our luggage, take a shower, and lock everything safely inside while we were at the beach. This is something we’ve really missed at other accommodations. We didn’t feel “homeless” even though we had already checked out. The staff are incredibly hospitable and helpful, and the whole place has a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. We actually spent most of our stay in the neighboring town of Ahangama (because of the beautiful beaches), but since we enjoyed staying at Azure so much, we chose to remain there and drive 30 minutes round trip just to have access to the facilities Azure offers. Thank you for having us!
