1000/10, an exceptional stay at Maison Mosh II Guest House. Bo Mme le bo ntate I am not a hospitality accreditor but this one gets five stars from me. My experience at Maison Mosh II Guest House was nothing short of exceptional. From the very first enquiry, even before making my booking, I experienced a level of warmth, professionalism and attentiveness that immediately gave me confidence in my choice. The receptionist was incredibly patient, welcoming and clear when providing directions, which made the journey to the guest house seamless. From the moment I was picked up, I felt genuinely cared for. That sense of comfort continued throughout my stay. One of the things I appreciated most was the sense of safety and security. Knowing that you are staying in a secure environment brings an added level of peace of mind, allowing you to truly relax and enjoy your time away from home. Yes, it is true that the guest house does not have an on-site restaurant. However, I actually found the way Maison Mosh II has built relationships with nearby restaurants to be a reflection of how much they care about their guests. Having access to restaurant menus and being able to order meals for free delivery directly to your doorstep is incredibly convenient. It turns what could have been a limitation into a thoughtful and guest-centred service. The comfort, hospitality, safety and attention to detail made my stay truly memorable. So, was it a 10/10 experience? Absolutely not. It was 1000/10! I had a wonderful time at Maison Mosh II Guest House and would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, luxury, privacy and peace of mind while away from home in Maseru. This is the place where you don't just stay, you feel at home.
