This is like hotel without reception with many different apartments as well as common facilities available. It's a plus for me, as in theory, you could ask to change the room if something was wrong with the assigned one. Also, there is daily cleaning services + refill on coffee and coffee cream. The location is amazing and very central. The sound isolation from the street is also very good. In summer with windows open you may be annoyed with the nearby cathedral tower bell ringing every 15 min (and going crazy on Sunday morning). I was looking for the apartment with the kitchenette with central location, so this apartment was a perfect value for money stay.
