The place was very calm and cozy. The staff are kind and welcoming. The view is breathtaking. Would definitely recommend the place to a couple or a family wanting to spend a peaceful vacation away from the chaos of the city.

This hotel and staff were amazing! The best experience I’ve ever had. I definitely recommend this place for everyone. The room, pool, backyard, staff, decoration - everything was perfect! Thank you so much for taking such good care of me!

The hotel was clean, peaceful, and beautifully maintained. The staff were welcoming and helpful throughout my stay, and the pool and gardens created a relaxing atmosphere. The room was comfortable, and the location was convenient for exploring Marrakech.

Very nice and clean hotel. Spacious room with everything we needed. We had a car so it was easy to reach the hotel and there was a parking facility right outside. Meriem was very kind with us! We really enjoyed relaxing by the nice pool! Highly recommended :)

Perfect location from airport and city centre! So much to do!

I would like to express my deepest gratitude for the excellent experience I had during my stay at the hotel. The impeccable cleanliness, perfect location, remarkable tranquility, a full and variety of breakfast choices, and the kind staff made my stay a memorable one. I sincerely thank you for your exceptional hospitality.

The hotel was really beautiful and room was really nice and a great size.

I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to the staff at Kenzi Menara Palace for their exceptional professionalism , with special recognition for Ilham. Her ability to transform any negative situation into a positive one is truly remarkable and greatly appreciated. Thank you all for your dedication and outstanding service

The best staff youll find anywhere. Amazing food, great disco evening and other activities. Have been there multiple times and the resort just keeps improving. From the water pressure jn the showers to the variety in food to the gardens and the facility, they keep improving day by day

Everything was perfect. The style, the energy, the peaceful energy (the birds singing!), the good, the pool, the staff and management were wonderful. There’s nothing I didn’t like. It is perfect!

It is very elegant, authentic and serene. The spa is gorgeous! Most importantly, everyone was so kind and welcoming.

The whole hotel area is one nice garden. It feels like a park or botanical garden. The bungalows are very nicely done. We could freely switch also in the water park which is super cool as well.

Great hotel, Staff were very helpful and great to deal with

Had a great experience and will return, if we come back to Marrakech. The one outstanding thing here was the service level, all people we met, from pool team to hotel manager went out of their way to suggest things that we never considered but realized we actually needed/was helpful and considerate. And basically no misunderstandings or surprises occurred, which being in Marrakech is extremely unusual. There was better service than most 5* in Europe, basically. Few examples: They upgraded us to be able to stay close together as a family of 4 (with two teenagers), they delivered breakfast to our rooms on the day of departure (very early in the morning) never thought of that, I didn't enjoy the coffee in the breakfast buffet (nescafe, i believe) but they brought coffee from the espresso machine in the bar instead at no extra charge, small things that really add up.

The experience in general - the kindness of the staff the magnificent architecture & decoration and the new Pige Restaurant. Dont miss the Hamman. Lovely. Great Cocktails! The Horses .. visit to the stables is unique
