I must give a special mention to all the staff — from the doormen, concierge, and front desk to housekeeping, and the waiters and waitresses at the restaurants — who made my stay with my family a truly incredible experience. The facilities were immaculate, with beautiful pools, and the rooms were amazing. Park Hyatt has never disappointed me, but this was possibly my best experience yet.

I was greeted with warm hospitality and friendly staff, The check-in process was efficient and seamless, and I was promptly shown to my elegant and spacious room inside a villa. They have villas and suites so you can bring your friends or family to enjoy the place together. The room itself was a haven of relaxation, featuring comfortable beds, and a breathtaking view of the resort's well-manicured gardens and traditional artwork. The restaurant served an array of mouthwatering Moroccan and international dishes, prepared by talented chefs . I had the opportunity to indulge in the spa's rejuvenating treatments, which left me feeling pampered and revitalized. From the hamam to the massage to the jacuzzi The swimming pools provided a refreshing escape from the Moroccan heat, and the expansive gardens provided a serene environment for relaxation and exploration.

Miss Khadija helped us a lot from the very beginning starting with booking, arrival, guiding us to the hotel, and arranging a wonderful birthday celebration. Everything was perfectly organized. Hotel is very nice, very comfy, food is excellent and staff is very good, specially snack bar. Hotel is maybe little bit far away from the center, but twice a day you have free shultle bus. Definitelly recomend this hotel for everybody who wants perfect stay and holiday.
