I love Ferme by Ikalimo. It’s just so quiet and peaceful. It’s a beautiful hotel which is covered in lush gardens on a mountain side. The food is really fantastic and there are lots of different activities to try- some free, others paid for, so you won’t get bored here. However what really makes the Ferme so great are the fantastic staff led by Abdou. Nothing is too much trouble and they give fantastic service. On this stay I actually wasn’t very well as I’d got a cold so the staff checked on me to make sure that I was ok and whether I needed anything. Service that goes above and beyond.

Everything was nice, all the staff and the manager are very friendly. The room has a lot of space and the bed is comfortable. There's a large swimming pool and the lobby area is great.

The guy on reception, breakfast and everything else was welcoming, attentive and super kind! The location is perfect - away from the road but close to the river. It's a beautiful hotel/B&B , good service and polite people we stayed for one day, definitely coming back. Breakfast and dinner was good and fresh. Loved it! We stayed with our kids, they had a blast swimming in the pool and trampoline. Very friendly people definitely recommend this hotel.
