The staff are good the room full of dust and hear under the double bed 3 broken tiles in the door of balcony also the door entry system needs to be reactivated in reception every time you're going to the room shower room and bathroom have very cheap plastic curtains witch allow water to skip to floor and need to be dried with a towel to avoid slips and falls the wc door doesn't look because the door Is bigger than the frame the hotel stay is not worth 3 stars and not over 50 £ per night So I am ready to write a report To the ministry of tourism in Rabat Morocco and I will ask for a revaluation for the stars for that 5 stars the maintenance is 0 please do not hesitate to contact me for more details Relbekhti@gmail.com 0044 7704 525956

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. From the moment i arrived, the staff was incredibly helpful. The parking attendants were especially kind, they immediately sent someone to help me unload my car, which made check-in smooth. Everything about the hotel exceeded my expectations. The rooms were spotless, and the cleanliness extended to the hallways and the pool area as well. You can really tell that attention to detail and guest comfort are top priorities here. What truly sets this hotel apart is its beautiful Moroccan-inspired design. The cultural elements are present throughout the property, giving it a warm and authentic atmosphere that I rarely see in other hotels. It made my stay feel special and unique. All in all, I’m beyond satisfied — I give this hotel an 11 out of 10!

Our stay at Jenny Lynn was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with the traditional Moroccan mint tea and cookies—a lovely and heartfelt welcome that set the tone for the rest of our stay. The hosts are extremely caring and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed to fully enjoy our time there. The villa itself is stunning—like a hidden oasis. It’s beautifully decorated with traditional Moroccan touches and full of charming details that create a serene and relaxing atmosphere. Our room was cozy, well-appointed, and reflected the local style perfectly. One of the things we loved most was the peacefulness around the pool—it’s the perfect spot to unwind and soak in the tranquility. The breakfast each morning was generous and delicious, with a wide variety of products and flavors that made every day start on a delightful note. We also appreciated the restaurant that prepare small meals in case you need. The entire team at Jenny Lynn was so kind and attentive—we truly felt cared for and appreciated their warm hospitality.

Beautiful Riad, fantastic breakfast. The hosts were really helpful and friendly. It is in a very peaceful area away from the bustling Marrakech city but can get to Medina which is 7kms from Riad and Marrakech airport in 15 mins. The hosts also arranged taxi for us, which was really helpful. I highly recommend and will definitely return the next time I am in Marrakech
