Friendliness of staff, we were first people to stay and they couldn't do enough for us. We've been travelling for 6weeks out of a 3month tour and this has been the best hotel to date. Excellent food in restaurant. Plentiful breakfast. Room large and very well appointed and luxurious. Excellent value for money. Staff kindly covered motorbike for us as it was so hot. We wish them all the best in their venture and hope they do as well as they deserve. Very lovely family run business!

Loved our stay at Kitka cottage. Brilliant little cabin just on the edge of the village, built by Dragisha himself! Dragisha was a fantastic host, very welcoming, knowledgeable about the local area. Well worth a visit here and would definitely stay again. Bike friendly.

A peaceful place at the base of the Ljuboten mountain. The property is close to Skopje and Tetovo yet remote enough for a relaxing retreat or to use as a base to explore the nearby nature. Many mountain activities are available directly from the owner. Amazing views from the property. The room and facilities are clean and equipped. The owner and family is incredibly hospitable and makes an exceptional breakfast with local produce.

Older Hotel, but totally okay for one night. AMAZING WiFi (important for us, bc upload insta360 camera into the cloud). Staff speaks little English, but we got along easily and very friendly. It has a Garage - perfect for motorbikes

Everything was great. We have a little trouble to find the location cause Google Maps pointed us on the wrong location.

Almost everything was perfect, great breakfast and meals in general, friendly staff Wellness was ok, sauna was not very hot and pool had some ventilation and drainage problem. But it worked and we could relax a bit. Fitness section was very basic. I recommend this accommodation.
