I was building trust because I booked this hotel without knowing any guest feedback. I was one of the first guests. The hotel is located in the heart of Skopje very close to almost every sights. The hotel is not stairs free (may not be wheelchair accessible) but it is brand new and really comfortable. It is located above a restaurant but I didn't feel any bad smell. There are comfy rooms and an excellent breakfast is served. When I arrived at the airport, I called the reception and they offered me a taxi service which I accepted. It was much better and cheaper than the airport taxi service would be. The host of the hotel is really friendly. If you are searching for an affordable (new) hotel in the downtown of Skopje I would definitely recommend it.

- The breakfast was amazing even for a fussy eater like me! I'd recommend going first thing when the fried eggs are at their freshest! Beautiful views outside the windows too! Best hotel views in Skopje by far! - The location was great, and away from all the noise! You pretty much turn right outside the hotel and follow the same road for 15-20 minutes and you're in the main town. Very simple! - There is a supermarket to the left about 1 minute walk. - Housekeeping were excellent. My room was very clean and well stocked. - Excellent sized room, and very stylish.

Nice spacious apartment with good Internet and lots of hot water. I was there in March so it was chilly outside but the air conditioner unit kept the entire apartment warm. The building is very quiet. Host is delightful.

I really enjoyed the breakfast, it had a great variety, fresh options, and was a perfect way to start the day. The hotel’s location was excellent too: right across from the beautiful City Park, close to Debar Maalo’s cafés and restaurants, and within easy walking distance of the city center and main attractions.

The hotel was wonderful – new, clean, warm, and cozy. There’s a nice café nearby where you can enjoy a delicious breakfast. The staff were very friendly, and we were welcomed by Goran, who was truly exceptional. I can confidently say he was the kindest, most welcoming, and hospitable host I’ve ever met in all my travels.
