All staffs at the hotel are nice and very polite! They’re helpful and always with smiles which made me feeling relaxed every minute at the stay. The boss speaks fluent English, Japanese and Chinese and always warm-hearted!! Finally, the room is big and clean with all facilities needed as a stay for travel and even a long stay!

Firstly, The Staff, without them, this trip wouldn't be this splendid! Secondly, facilities, everyone in my group were very pleased and compliment its comfortability. Thirdly, breakfast is fantastics!!

Wonderful stylish and attractive hotel. Well managed, great staff - and huge, well-equipped and very comfortable rooms. Quality furnishings and fittings throughout. A very convenient location for downtown and morning walks. Very highly recommended.

The people in this hotel are fantastic, initially i didn’t have a visa for Myanmar so i was turned back, they very kindly rescheduled my visit without charge, definitely a 5 star service, it’s very reasonable price wise for such a fantastic hotel, book here if you are visiting Rangon , you can’t go wrong!!

Exceptionally professional and kind service

All the staff were always really friendly, helpful and attentive. We enjoyed the rooftop pool and the hotel was quite grand. The room was very spacious and comfortable with good aircon so that we could get a good night's sleep in the heat. The location in Downton Yangon was handy for a lot of trips we did, although the immediate street of the hotel had some colourful nightlife but it was safe enough.

Breakfast is good, location is good and convenient.

Great location with easy access to the bar street and short trips to major attractions. The room was good. The AC, safe deposit box and fridge worked, the bed was very comfortable, it was clean enough and nice to see some old school service in an ASEAN hotel with water and towels delivered daily. Keep in mind Yangon is a very developing place, so don’t expect the Ritz at this price level. It’s very dated and worn out (like Yangon itself). But I can’t complain. Reception was helpful, it was very private with reception on a separate level, so you didn’t have to walk past them all the time, everything worked, breakfast was substantial and it was comfortable. I got a free room upgrade to the deluxe room.
