Our stay at the hotel was very nice and pleasant. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and nicely decorated. The breakfast is very good and there is enough choice of food. The pool and sauna are neat and have a nice atmosphere. The outdoor pool is nice to enjoy in the sun. Shivam was friendly and ready to help.

We liked everything, from the breakfast where you could eat almost anything you want, the location that was in a nice and quiet neighborhood, the room that was very new and cleaned every day to the staff that was always helpfull when we needed anyrhing or the shower that was available for us on the last day of our stay, after the check out. We traveled in the off-season with my sibling, so the price was excellent, but I would absolutely recommend this place even at a higher price point. It is clean, high-quality, and modern. Unlike standard hotel rooms, ours had a well-equipped kitchenette, so it functioned like an apartment, which was a great bonus. The location is perfect. All three sides of Sliema were within a 10-15 minute walk, so we could easily reach Triq ix-Xatt (for the ferry), Qui-Si-Sana beach, Exiles, and Balluta Bay. It was a great base for exploring the whole area. We also liked the reception system (staffed until 11 AM, then code access); it worked well for us. Breakfast was included, and we were satisfied with it.

The best hotel employees I've come across, every greet & service was with a genuine smile, professional, friendly, and perfect English. Proper breakfast. Great interior and is clean everywhere. Both swimming pools are pleasant. The spa & gym area is neat. The extra safety door lock, so they can't just open the door from the outside when you're in your room. Perfect location; you can shop, rent a car/scooter, many restaurants, a boba tea shop, out for a dance or drinks, all within a 1 km radius. And you are not going to be bothered by this lively and safe area when you're in the hotel (noise). Beautiful view from the rooftop or when your room is on a high floor (ours was on the 10th, which was the highest for the rooms). The extra attention I got on my birthday from all employees made me feel very special. Thank you, Valentina (concierge), Markus & John (front desk), Julian & Viktor (doorman), Anamika (housekeeping lady), and all the bars, restaurant, and spa area employees for making our stay extra special, we appreciate you!
