Clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff, good location and fully similar to the description

We stayed at this hotel for a week and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is fantastic, spacious, bright, and features a trendy interior, providing all the amenities for a great stay. There is a cold pool outside, a warm pool, and a jacuzzi inside the hotel, along with a fitness center. The hotel also has two bars and plenty of seating around the pool area. Conveniently, there is a bus stop just 300 meters away from the hotel, making it accessible for those without a car. Additionally, there are cafes and kiosks at every corner in the vicinity. We booked a room with a large terrace. The room was beautiful, spacious, and impeccably clean. Prior to our arrival, I mentioned that we were celebrating our anniversary. We were pleasantly surprised when we entered the room. There was a lovely swan arrangement on the bed with a card, as well as chocolates and champagne in an ice bucket. It was a very thoughtful gesture. The room also had cups, mugs, a kettle, coffee, tea, and milk. There was a small refrigerator under the table. The room was cleaned daily, and the towels, toilet paper, and shampoo were replenished regularly. On one occasion, we encountered an unpleasant situation - there was a cockroach crawling on our bed. It was quite disturbing, and we immediately informed the staff. They were very apologetic and swiftly resolved the issue by calling professionals to spray our room. The service provided was exceptional. The staff promptly addressed any issues that arose during our stay, earning our immense respect and admiration. We were truly delighted with the level of service as guests. I highly recommend opting for a room with breakfast. The breakfast was excellent, featuring a buffet with a wide variety of fresh and delicious food and beverages. I unequivocally recommend this hotel to everyone. Here, the guest is the top priority, and it is evident in every aspect of their service.

If you’re looking for a perfect blend of great location, exceptional comfort, and outstanding hospitality on Malta, Topaz Hotel is the ideal choice. Situated in an excellent location with easy access to a 24/7 supermarket and bus stops, this hotel makes exploring the island a breeze. The hotel impresses with its size and beautifully maintained facilities. Our room was particularly remarkable: the largest room with six beds, even though we had booked for four. The room was well-equipped with modern amenities including a TV, air conditioning, a safe, a refrigerator, an electric kettle, hangers, a toilet, and fresh towels. The daily housekeeping service ensured that everything remained spotless, and the towels were consistently replaced. The bathroom was in excellent condition, featuring a shower and bathtub, and we always had hot water available, adding to our comfort and satisfaction. The dining experience at the hotel was exceptional, with a wide variety of delicious options. I highly recommend booking at least breakfast as part of your stay—it’s well worth it. The hotel boasts both an outdoor and an indoor pool, both of which are meticulously maintained. The outdoor pool is especially spacious and popular, with a restaurant nearby. Both pools are equipped with loungers, and the hygiene is well-managed with showers and restrooms located conveniently. For families with children, the hotel offers a game room, which is great for keeping the little ones entertained. Elevators are available to ease movement throughout the hotel, and there is a room where you can store your luggage if your flight is later than the check-out time. The entire hotel staff is exceptionally friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any needs or provide helpful advice. The reception is available 24/7, ensuring that any questions or requests can be promptly addressed.

Staff very friendly, simple but good breakfast.

Kind staff, amazing pool, very good location, clean towels every day

Nice hotel at a great location: close to Bugibba ferry terminal and sightseeings. The rooms are clean and decent sized. Friendly staff also. Great value!

Very friendly staff, good location, delicious breakfast, clean room, water in the room every day, warm pool and pleasant atmosphere! Adriana from reception, thank you for your positive energy, smile and desire to help!

The staff was so genuine and friendly, from Reception to Housekeeping, everyone I encountered was authentic and made my stay so much better. My room was ready earlier (which always depends on availability so don't be angry if you can't check in early) which made me really happy. The room was great and I felt at home, it's modern, has everything you need and if you need something, Reception and Housekeeping will help you with a smile :) They even have a pool! They have cigarette vending machines, flyers, drinking water and even books in the lobby which was a pleasant surprise. If you're thinking about coming here for vacation - Do it! The hotel is right next to Bugibba Square which is a nice area with lots of restaurants, bars, shops etc while still not being too busy. I didn't book any excursions but I saw that they had vouchers for the Bugibba Aquarium (when I was there at least). The staff will be some of the kindest you will ever encounter and I've worked in big hotel chains. Literally every single one of them is kind and helpful. Overall a great experience and I would definitely come back!

It was very clean and in a great location. The air conditioning was also very good, so the room was always pleasant and cool, even when it was hot outside

We loved our stay at the Seaview hotel. The room was new, fresh and comfortable. The hotel staff were friendly and very accomodating. The breakfast was fabulous with a huge selection to choose from (similar to that of 4-5 star hotels in South East Asia). The location was also perfect for our 5-night stay. Looking forward to our stay at the Seaview next year!

We stayed for 12 days and had an all inclusive package. We liked the hotel even though we were there off season. The food was good, different cuisine every day. Staff was nice and helpful. The rooms were cleaned every day. Since we were there off season, part of the hotel was closed, but there was plenty of activity during the day and evening. We liked the cocktails, wine and prosecco. :) If we decide to return to Malta, we would probably stay at this hotel again, although we are more of travelers than vacationers.

Would book this hotel again and again, it was perfect and the staff, especially Shakeel and Alex!! they were so helpful all the way. 10/10 experience. Destination, staff, breakfast, cleaness!!

Breakfast had many choices of food. It was delicious. Thank you

A beautifully appointed and very comfortable apartment. Every detail thought of for a wonderful stay!

We really enjoyed our stay, the room was spacious and clean, breakfast with various options, good location

This is one of the best hotels I have been in-and I travel a lot. Spotless, clean, high comfort, extra large rooms and balcony, modern and comfortable furniture. The food was excellent. The staff was super kind, friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this great place :)

Strategically and conveniently located by the sea, Innside by Meliá is the perfect spot for an ideal stay. I appreciated the friendly staff, the quality of the food, the impeccable cleanliness, and, of course... the infinity pool.

We stayed for a week in November. The location is good, 15 minutes walk to Bujiba Square and the sea. There is a bus stop next to the hotel and good connections with other cities. The hotel is not the newest, but it is excellent, very clean and tidy. Hygiene is maintained daily. There is a bar where live music was often organized. There is a rooftop jacuzzi and sunbeds... indoor heated pool and jacuzzi, sauna, exercise room, pool and pong tables, as well as an outdoor pool. We had a reservation with buffet breakfast, buffet, with a large and good selection of food. Let me praise the professional attitude of the staff, especially Mr. Dima and many, many words of praise for Mr. Joe. in the restaurant We plan to go again in February.

Beach and shops are close to the hotel, nice and helpful staff, clean room, plenty food to choose from at breakfast.

I have to give a10,because the receptionist was correct....we were a group of6,arrived early and asked to have breakfast, which was not included on the arrival day.the slot was till 10 o clock.we came after 10 o clock. so thx a lot.you did a great job.

Cleanliness, location and comfort

Everything is great. The apartment was huge! We ate breakfast at the Canifor hotel for only 8€, I recommend. The location of the hotel is perfect, a few minutes away from a bus station and near the sea. Lots of bars, restaurants, shops, bakeries in the near.
