From the moment we arrived our host Ramona was a delight. The service here is nothing short of amazing. The breakfasts were fantastic and the drinks by the pool in the courtyard were a great relief from the hot afternoon sun. The Accomadation itself was fantastic and only a 15 min stroll to the city centre with a bus stop outside the front of the property a great way to get around Gozo.

Excellent place in the center of Victoria. The hotel is new, everything is shining, the beds are super clean, the bathroom is very nice. The place is good to be the starting point of radial travels to explore the island. They have a good breakfast as well.

We went to Gozo for our celebrations and we couldn’t choose a better hotel other than Santa Lucija! We acknowledge the staff about our visit and we had a very nice room for us with a bathtub and Prosecco! Thank you so so so much! Irene and Natalia at reception were very kind and helpful The facilities are lovely and when the indoor pool is finished I bet it will excel the experience Thank you for all the staff! Will come again for sure :)

A beautiful brand new hotel, located in a quiet village in picturesque part of the island. The rooms are large and finished to a very high standard and have everything you could possibly need. The staff were fantastic, especially Michelle who greeted us on arrival. A short walk away is the next village of Gharb where the tv series “Madam Blanc” is filmed , there we discovered a nice rooftop restaurant. The bus stops outside the hotel, so getting around the island is very straightforward, although the buses can sometimes be a bit crowded , but we quickly worked out the best time to travel to avoid the busy times. A great experience, and we will definitely return.

Really lovely room in a great location. The staff were really helpful and friendly, even offered a take away breakfast as I was off early for a tour.

The best breakfast ever.. you simply have to try it! Compliments to the chef! A lovely, cozy swimming pool and a beautiful rooftop terrace where you can watch the sunset over the sea. The rooms are clean, the beds are very comfortable, the shower is excellent. And Lavazza coffee forever! :) Whenever we had any little issues, the staff solved them very quickly and overall, the staff were incredibly polite, friendly and helpful.

Really clean and colourful rooms with amazing views of the countryside (garden view room). Staff were all so friendly and the bed was enormous and so comfortable. Great location right next to the sea and fabulous dive centre, Bubbles. Great restaurants nearby. Highly recommend.

The Bay view is outstanding! The breakfast is now very good! The waterfront is now better designed!

No. TOP staff! Welcoming, kind, patient, helpful and observant! Room was impressively clean, spacious and well equipped, having 2 bathrooms was especially helpful. AC truly welcoming and can be regulated to comfort and needs. Room equipped with fridge and tea and coffee machine. Pool area beautiful and safe for kids, also on sight pool bar very welcoming. All Staff were very observant, patient and helpful. Bkfast was fresh and varied and great in general. Parking is available and right next to hotel. Location means you can walk to a number amenities, find copius restaurants and perfect for evening strolls. Views from room and especially the roof top pool breathtaking. Also a welcome change given that there is only one hotel in the area which is quite dated. Being allowed to make use of facilities even after check out was a massive plus.

The location is right next to Gozo technical diving. This was perfect as I was diving with all week. Room was large with air con and free WiFi. There was also a microwave and a fridge and tea and coffee making.

Everything, couldn’t fault a thing , personal service , modern & exceptionally clean , beautiful soft towels, comfortable bed very spacious & Heidi made us a beautiful breakfast best eggs Benedict Iv ever had & she baked her own bread also couldn’t ask for more ❤️

Very cozy little hotel. It is just a short walk from the centre of Victoria. The rooms are very stylish and have everything you need. For breakfast you can choose from a short menu. Giovanna's hospitality made our stay truly beautiful.

The staff was very friendly and careing, I felt like I was at home :) The hotel manager lend me his office to do my meeting, that was very nice of him :) The hotel itself was clean, very beautiful and wonderful places to sit and enjoy the vacation. I planned ti stay 1 night, but stayed 2 nights as this was wonderful experiense!

On arrival we were warmly welcomed by Rittish who took our bags and checked us in. It is a very beautiful hotel in a quiet area in Xaghra. If you are looking for a quiet retreat then this hotel would be perfect. We were looked after from the moment we arrived, and the attention to detail at this hotel was amazing. It truly is like a home from home. Rooms are immaculately clean and were serviced each day and clean towels provided daily. The staff at the hotel work very hard and really go above and beyond to make your stay memorable. Breakfast is ordered the night before and portions are very generous. The hotel is a short bolt or taxi ride to Xaghra Square where there are a few restaurants or Victoria is also only a short taxi ride. We enjoyed the beautiful beaches Gozo has to offer, again accessible by bus or taxi. We used the rooftop pool on a couple of occasions, it's very nice and well maintained. We dined at the restaurant in the hotel and had a truly amazing meal. We genuinely had a lovely stay here and will definitely return.

A cosy hotel with stunning views of the bay. Very friendly staff and delicious breakfast. A small and cosy town that we will want to return to. Be sure to try the restaurant below the hotel.
