Everything! This was one of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The staff was lovely, the island was very small and you really felt like you were alone in the world, just taking in the endless views. It’s hard to feel more at peace than in here.

Clean room. Rust in bathroom but otherwise fine. Comfortable bed. Good price for one night and we were able to check in early. Greeted with a cold towel and juice. However, the island has just one restaurant open to the public. Therefore, the inn having no lunch or dinner is a real problem. The other guest houses do not offer dinner à la carte for other guests. Honestly I strongly don’t recommend this island. The excursion prices were extortionate (we did not go, just enquired), and the islands beaches are really dirty compared to other islands in the atoll. There is glass all over the beach. Thank goodness we only had a one day trip to keyodhoo.

What could be written when your dream comes true, when you hear the ocean which is a step from your room. People were extremely kind and they helped us with everything. You could have every meal literally by the ocean. It was fascinating.

The host and staff were friendly and very helpful. We had interesting conversations with Mr Rauf, Mr Jarva and Mr Paul and they were always ready to provide assistance when asked. The proximity to the beachfront makes this location a good getaway for those seeking sun and relaxation.

Although there were a few small things that needed fixing or adjustment – for example, in our room, the bidet wasn’t working properly, and there was a water leak. I’m not sure if this was what caused the unpleasant smell in the bathroom, something like mold or dampness, but it was noticeable. However, aside from this maintenance issue, I had no other problems with the hotel. The hotel itself is gorgeous, the staff are absolutely wonderful, and the breakfast is exceptional. The location is stunning as well. Overall, I would definitely recommend Hotel Plumeria – it’s well worth a stay!
