Everything was great from the villa/lodge itself to the staff who couldn’t do enough. Accommodation was spacious, clean and a pleasure to stay in with great surroundings. Food in the restaurant was good and the service excellent (especially the young man who served us with excellent English).

Lovely garden comfortable room, staff very helpful. They booked us on a trip to Calakmul at short notice from a local guide, he gave an excellent tour incorporating the bat cave. Becon ruins are near by. Breakfast was excellent.

The owners, Roque and Mari, are both lovely. We had several plumbing issues in our room that were quickly attended to. Coffee, fruit, and toast were a beautiful touch. The AC worked great! This place is a great value in the region.

The bungalow looks very small from the outside, but when you enter, you feel like entering Harry Potter's suitcase as it is immensely much bigger than it seems. The decoration of the room and the equipment are so beautiful, comfortable and practical. We loved the secluded terrace (we only saw the light of the neighbors through the trees) from where we were able to spot a small fox as well as a boar. Alexa turned off the lights for us and played the music we wanted ;-). If the sun does not shine long enough to provide warm water, you can just press a red button to start the boiler. We always enjoyed the 5 minute walk (we had the bungalow furthest away, so the distances are really not far + a torch is provided) to the restaurant where Manuel always welcomed us in a good mood and served us from a big menu selection. The cleaning lady does a fantastic job. Efficient and neat!!! Thanks for the laundry service and the lunch box which we took for our trip to Calakmul. A great place to visit. Don't miss the Cenote de los murcielagos in the evening, when millions of bats leave the cave to hunt (approximately 39minutes by car).

A new hotel, well appointed and very comfortable. Extremely clean, fresh linen and towels. Very effective aircon. Easy to find, easy to walk to Main Street. It’s good value for money, a great base to explore the area.

Delightful pink hotel! We arrived late and the carpark attendant was very helpful in advising where to find food at that time. Room was clean and beds were very comfy didn’t get to use the pool. Ample and secure parking! We had a very short stay as we left early to get to Calakmul. Good location for this adventure!

Helped to organise my trip to Calakmul. Nice area, not far from the main centre of time. The cabañas were pleasant, with a clean bathroom and warm shower. Mosquito net provided also. A pleasant stay.
