It was a perfect one-night stay, great value for the money. The rooms were clean and functional, we got a complementary water bottle and we could easily fill it up in the common area. The garden is really beautiful with a nice pool to cool off. There is coffee, tea and cake offered in the morning. Safe parking space inside the property. A lot of restorants outside and only 5-10 minute ride to Chichén Itzá.

Beautiful building, decorated with a lot of taste. Spirit of the archeologists still palpable. The pool in the patio was amazing. The dining area outside was lovely. The staff was very kind. The rooms were functional and nice at the same time.

This hotel was such a wonderful place to be. Set back from the main road, with all the buildings nestled in the trees. We stayed in the suite and it was so lovely for the price. Staff were very helpful and sweet. The upper pool area was very relaxing and we had lunch served to the beach beds. Not sure what’s going on with the bigger lower pool, looked a bit dilapidated but didn’t bother us because we used the other one. You need a car there. We went to Chichenitza one morning at 8:30 and beat the crowds, it’s about 10 mins away by car.

Casa Vicatoria was better than we expected. It's better than in the photos and the family is really welcoming. Pitty that we stayed for only one night!
