Beautiful, modern, & thoughtfully purpose-built units with everything I needed (fridge, stovetop, microwave, coffee maker, etc). Lots of hot water & awesome water pressure for my showers. Comfy beds. Nice pool area, and enjoyed watching the hummingbirds at all the feeders around the property. The host, Alain, is super helpful & accommodating. The only thing I was missing was a hammock, & then I found out from the owner, that some of the rooms have hammock hooks. So he provided a hammock in my room, and for the rest of my stay I enjoyed my down time chilling in my hammock which added a true Mexican vibe. It's also a great location just a block from the beach, the pier, multiple corner stores, bakeries & all the nighttime food stalls in Centro. The little bus to Progreso is around the corner, so super easy & cheap to come & go to Progreso. Really enjoyed my stay at this property & will be back! :)

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ROOFTOP • POOL • ELEVATOR Amazing stay at Agua Azul Chixchulub Puerto We stayed from September 26 to 28 and had a fantastic experience. The apartment features three spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms, including a beautiful master suite. Everything was spotless, well-equipped, and thoughtfully arranged for a relaxing stay. The location is excellent — just three blocks from the main freeway and OXXO, and only steps from the beach. One tip: bring ice and bottled water, as those aren’t provided. The rooftop pool and elevator were great perks, and the peaceful atmosphere made it easy to unwind. The host was incredibly attentive and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. I highly recommend Agua Azul Chixchulub Puerto to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a prime spot on the Yucatán coast. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

Cleanliness, steps to the beach, very attentive staff, nice pool and the best tacos ever right across the street. Plenty of A/C and hot water. Very comfortable bed too. There's an Oxxo about 10 blocks away. We were 10 minutes from centro Progreso by car.
