The room was very clean (including the air conditioning ducts, I checked), everything was new, It was quiet to sleep, It had a great view of the volcano and the breakfast was healthy and tasty. As a plus, the shopping mall where the hotel is located is beautiful, cheerful, has an ice skating rink and good shops and food. If you have a car, the location is also good for going to both Cholula and Puebla. The only thing they need to improve is that the restaurant space wasn't big enough to accommodate so many people, but I didn't have to wait too much. It's worth It, I recommend It!

The hotel is so beautiful and colourful. The room was spacious and bright, with ensuite bathroom and a small balcony overlooking the inside of the hotel. The common spaces such as the kitchen, living room and terrace are big and comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The internet is stable and fast - I could work from my room easily (online classes). There is coffee and water provided.

I think the best part of the hotel is the location. The fact that the hotel is in large parts organized in a US motel style is nice, because it gives the opportunity to leave the car close to the room.

As espected- all fine. Nothing very special but reöiable quality.

It was fine, just the basic scramble eggs, beans and bread

Loved that spoke English. The food was really. Locked parking area and enough parking. 😀 Will definitely come back here. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. Also a pet friendly hotel.

I liked the comfortable room specially the bed and the location.

Not good. The cook was not taking orders for any egg dish. She was only doing pancakes

The room was clean and spacious, and the view in the morning on the active volcano was great.

Breakfast was absolutely fantastic. The staff is very helpful, especially the receptionist Erika!

The breakfast was amazing, the room was perfect!

Great location, great food, super clean, friendly staff. For sure will come back again!

The location is fantastic. Just outside the hotel are the bistros and restaurants on the Zocalo. An even more charming place in the evening. The lady manager is very friendly and helpful.

Great location , been here in 2018 and both times the staff were super friendly super helpful

Ok room. Nice people. Good parking.

Hotel El Cristo is an attractive hacienda-style hotel just off Cholula's centre. There is ample parking onsite. Rooms are large, beds comfortable, showers hot, towels and sheets clean. The hotel is set in lovely grounds with good views of Cholula's famous pyramid and hilltop sanctuary. Breakfast is in a cafe a short stroll across a well-maintained sports ground.

Price, attention, room confort and cleanliness!
