Very clean and internet was good. It was walking distance to 2 malls even in the heat, it wasn't too far. The coffee was very good as well.

Súper amables y confortable de excelencia

Breakfast was good, staff is friendly, beds are comfy and the rooms are spacious. The rooms with AC are nice. Cleaning staff do a very nice job. Location is good if you are traveling by bus from CAXA, lots of restaurants and convenience stores around.

Small and comfortable hotel. Good value for the price. Room was very clean. Staff was responsive and friendly. Flexible checkout.

Nice pool, though change rooms seem to be getting updated. We liked the gardens throughout the property. Our suite was spacious with a living/dining area. Breakfast patio was pleasant. Very close to the Zona Universitaria, and a short walk to Los Berros. We appreciated the included parking.

Excelente costo/beneficio

Clean, comfortable, great location, staff was so great and helpful!

The staff treats you like welcomed family. Always smiling and eager to assist with anything you may need.

We had a wonderful view of El Pico de Orizaba from our room.

Room and shower were nice. There was an elevator outside our room.

Best value place I've stayed at this far, especially in Mexico where prices are skyrocketing. The location is in the centre, 3 minutes walk from the historic Mercado and 7 minutes from the main plaza. Coffee is made for free within the dinning area throughout the day and filtered water is also available free of charge. There is also a microwave and fridge and soap and shampoo along with towel are complimentary. The rooms were cleaned every day too. The staff were excellent and the all-round ambience, decor and fauna were delightfully designed. There are multiple common areas, one with a TV, chess and sofas, one outside courtyard and a dinning area. The Room contained a desk, lockers, clothes rail, and ensuite bathroom, where water is always available. There are a variety of room, however, a shared room is a very reasonable 150 pesos. Everything about this property is exceptional. Would 100% recommend to all.

Quite central location in Xalapa, friendly and professional staff
