Awesome small hotel. Very comfy beds. I had a room with a turret! Open plan bathroom with privacy wall. We booked here last minute for UST one night so we could snorkel at Playa el arbolito (50 min drive on dirt road). Would absolutely stay here again. Great restaurant recommendation from owner.

I really enjoyed our stay! We came at the beginning of May and the place was definitely not super busy but the atmosphere was great. We met a few couples that were very pleasant that were also staying here. The kids loved the pool and at night we played flashlight hide and seek which was tons of fun because the resort is big and lots of spots to hide. The staff was very friendly. I can’t wait to return.

Carlos has built an amazing guesthouse/apartments on 35 acres of glorious and rugged Sonoran desert that falls to the sea. The apartments are new construction, immaculately clean, good hot water (but conserve the scarce water please), starlink wifi is strong. Carlos and his crew/buddies are incredibly welcoming; i felt like a member of the family during my stay. Cabo Pulmo is a few minutes down the road. Hiking around the property provides for exceptional views. Stargazing is awesome. Purified water is provided. I will stay again anytime I visit Cabo Pulmo. He is building out a hostel and dive center on his property as well. There is great AC in the apartments too.

Free private parking is available at Rancho Ecológico Sol De Mayo. The accommodation is non-smoking. Los Cabos International Airport is 35 miles away.

Great location. Right near the beach and the tour businesses. It fit our needs perfectly. Great to have a view of the water (it’s on the 2nd floor)!
