The rooms are clean, aesthetically pleasing to the eye, pretty good quality bedding and little comforts like a fridge, coffee machine and safe always come in handy. The staff were really accommodating amd heloful all the time and bfast is ok, not awesome but goos for what you're paying. Its quite a good location to ezplore the area and to get to the outlets and shopping.

Leon is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, rich in Mexican culture and history. It's also Mexico's leather goods and shoe production / sale center. If you don't plan a trip to Leon as a destination but are visiting Guanajuato or San Miguel de Allende you won't go wrong making a day-trip to Leon.

I personally did not like that the lost and found department...

I personally did not like that the lost and found department are not reliable. I left my information to front desk for them to call me back regarding my adidas shoes and pants I left In my room, However no call was ever returned. I won’t be staying here, there has to be more respect for people’s belongings that are left behind. It’s a hotel these type of situations happen, and for them not to return your items is wrong.

We were only there to go shopping for the local leather...

We were only there to go shopping for the local leather goods. We did go out for dinner at the Sky Lounge. There is lots of visible poverty that makes it a little unsettling at times. Bicycle commuters use the pedestrian sidewalks instead of incorporating with traffic as they should. Risk your life on the sidewalks.

Accessible to stores, mall, theater, & restaurants...!! This same hotel was nice when visited leon about 8 or 9 yrs ago.. they have kept it up, kept it clean, & d employees learned to keep smiling.. all good..!

I was amazed by the number of churches on the area, ones big...

I was amazed by the number of churches on the area, ones big, others small but all different and interesting. The local food is really good. I was amazed by the Shoe's Outlet, is really convenient, offering quality leather shoes and accessories at an amazing price.

I went to an excellent dentistEduaardo Perez Vasquez and he was prompt and not too pricy. Great eating Mexican food excellent Argentinian restaurants Brazilian Italian great restaurants. Places like outlets to buy good quality of boots shoes etc.
