Location is great - super close to the airport. The host is very kind and waited for us till we arrived at 10-11pm. The room was very comfortable and shared bathroom too, the whole place was very clean. The host ordered a taxi for us in advance which made our trip hassle free.

This hotel is beautiful! We loved how the suite was decorated. The pool area was great for relaxing in the afternoon. It's small but I think the hotel only has about 7 rooms and we mostly had it to ourselves. Jose and the rest of the staff were very kind and helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a pleasant stay. AC worked great in the bedroom and living room where our teenage son slept on the foldout couch. The beds are on the firmer side which I usually don't like ,but I actually slept really well. It was easy to walk everywhere, just a few blocks from the main plaza areas.

This place is beautiful. Any concerns you may have about being too far away are not to be worried about. This place is in a beautiful part of Oaxaca amongst the prettiest European styled streets, with fantastic cafes and restaurants nearby. You don’t even need to walk 5 minutes. It’s an easy walk into town or you can take a short cab ride. We walked. The rooms open up onto the aqueduct that runs behind the hotel, so we were lulled to sleep every night with running water. Definitely better than staying in town with all the street noise. Even when we had hot water issues, the service staff were quick to remedy this by either moving us to a new room or getting the plumber to fix it asap. The chambermaids did such an amazing job cleaning our room they even folded our clothes! It was easy to add Netflix and Amazon prime - I think the bad reviews didn’t actually ask the front desk. They just complained on google. Just incredible service and will 100% be back

We stayed here for 3 nights during our trip through Mexico. The place is very nice! The host is super responsive, welcoming and always happy to help. Rooms are very clean and equipped with the essentials you need. On the rooftop you find a fully equipped kitchen aswell as nice sun beds for a relaxed afternoon in the sun. The area is quiet, but still offers various shops and restaurants nearby. You could walk to the city center, however, we rented a scooter to get around more easily. Would definitely come back here! Highly recommended.
