Super close to six flags it's like a 5min walk from the hotel. Also has a lil plaza with a super market across the street and an OXXO 2 min walk away.

The garlic soup is amazing, the food overall is great, their hamburgers are fantastic. I had an upgraded suite, so I found myself in a much nicer room than normal, but I definitely love it.

I normally stay at a chain hotel, like the Ritz, the St. Regis or the Four Seasons but could have never imagined that staying at the Hacienda would surpass them all. The hotel was breath taking, and clean, no heavy foot traffic, heck I didn't even know that others were in the hotel until we check out... Just peaceful, and the staff were polite and attentive and took care all request before even stepping into the country via What'sApp.

Property has helpful staff. Especially Octavia he was very resourceful.

Personnel at reception were very professional, friendly,and helpful. The room was clean and the beds very comfortable. Good location close to hospitals and is adjacent to GranSur shopping mall.

Beautiful decorated and large room

I understand that this place is a couple's retreat that I didn't know because I didn't pay attention when I was booking but I loved it. It is a very good hotel with friendly personnel and everything works flawless.
