Great customer service and very clean

The hotel was outstanding,the cleaners were in every morning cleaning the rooms & changing the bedding.All the staff were friendly even though they could only speak Spanish. The hotel was straight across from the beach,shops & bus rides. I would definitely recommend the hotel del sol.

Walking distance from ADO terminal. Nice staff. I had to go away for a week and they stored my bag for a week. Room was comfortable. For the price this place was perfect.

The property is located minutes away from the ADO bus stop by foot, this was super convenient. There was also multiple restaurants around which was great for when we came back from day tours. All the staff were lovely and the place was big and very clean - they had shampoo, conditioner, soap, and some lotion. The breakfast buffet was wonderful and I would absolutely stay here again.

The best and most clean Hotel we stayed in over 5 Weeks in Mexico. The Staff is so friendl, and especially the owner Mathias helped us so much. He even called a mexican insurance for us. We will definately stay here again when we are back in Cancun

Great staff! The check-in was very smooth. The rooms were tidy and clean. The night we arrived, we were scammed in the airport by a transportation company and the staff in Pachamaya (Lucero and a tall gentleman who's name I never got) helped us to get more information about the company and to get in touch with the police. We are ethernally grateful to them!

This is a 10/10 hotel. Every detail is beautiful to look at. Location is excellent, the rooms are spacious, clean and with very comfortable bedding. The pool is a godsend for hot days and public areas are designed perfectly to provide comfort and relax. Omar at reception is the perfect example of how customer service should be. Thank you!!

Good location in walki g distance from Ado’s terminal. Clean and spacious room. Friendly and nice staff. Good brekfast. Basic gym in hotel, but if you would like one more proffesional it’s very close to the hotel. Free transfer one time a day to zone hotelera.

The staff were very kind. We had a delay in our flight and ended up arriving in the early hours of the morning. The receptionist was very kind to wait for us and was expecting us when we arrived. This was really helpful for us, as otherwise we would have spent the night outside. We truly appreciated this gesture. Location of the accommodation was close to the main bus station in Cancun. The ambience was also very nice, lots of trees and plants and made the place very serene. Room was very comfortable and was exactly what we needed.
