Very friendly and caring staff, from the full time security outside in the parking lot, to the restaurant workers inside, to the cleaning ladies... everything felt very classy and comfortable. Good WiFi, I work remotely and am always on video and I had no problem working the 4 days we were here.

Amazing staff, especially this one particular janitor. Otherwise very relaxing atmosphere, everything spotless and lovely well maintained little pool.

There is a small area for children to play at. We found it very nice because after a long journey our child was able to stretch, run and play at the playground. Thank you for that little space for children.

This hotel is walking distance from bus station. It was beautifully located walking distance to great restaurants, coffee shops, and Gelato. We were able to walk to town center from the hotel

Is very clean and safe. The staff is very friendly specially the bellboy (Diana) she did a great job. She went above in beyond guiding us thru the city to enjoy nature and tourist areas. And I almost forget, breakfast was very good with a variety of food and fruits.

Staff was courteous and responded to our needs.

Great stay and the staff were very accommodating

Location close to the ADO bus station. We arrived after a very long trip at midnight. It was a quick walk across the road to the hotel. Room was clean and beds rather comfortable. Good value. Helpful staff. OK for a short stay, especially if traveling by ADO or OCC buses.

I liked how close it was to many things. We were able to catch the colectivo right down the street and the staff was friendly. Our luggage was sitting in the hotel all day and it was completely safe and untouched.
