The house is very spacious and has everything for at least four people. The kitchen is well equipped if you wish to cook. There is a roof terrace with chairs/tables and sun loungers. The balcony is huge with a dining table and chairs, a hammock, and plenty of comfortable seating. The internet was ok, just a little slow.

So close to the beach! And only minutes from the town. Amazing view and very cool at night. Very good value for money. I had to work a fair bit while we were there and the Wi-Fi was solid, enough even for a video call.

We loved absolutely everything about this place!!! While the pictures were very accurate, they almost don't do it justice... I was even more excited and pleased with the property when I saw it in real life!!! The highlight for my husband was being able to watch the whales breach and leap from the ocean right from our beautiful wrap around balcony!!! I loved watching all the birds soar around us right at eye level because we were higher up on a cliff... Also loved the sound of the ocean, the local cat that came to visit us daily and the overall comfort and attention to detail... 🥰❤️🥰

Yelapa is right out of Mexico of 40 years ago, except for...

Yelapa is right out of Mexico of 40 years ago, except for the quads (Motos) that the locals use to get stuff to and from town. The motos are loud, but necessary for the folks who live there, and the drivers are super polite (they even shut off their lights at night so as not to blind you). No highway in, no high-rises, no hustle and bustle. If you crave action, Puerto Vallarta is a 30 minute boat trip away. The internet is, as my telecommuting daughter pointed out, not really suitable for zoom, etc, but if you came here to carry on with your day gig, you are missing the boat man! The restaurants are first rate, with the various owners competing to give you a new twist on classic Mexican food. Try Los Abuelos for something new, or maybe Cabiñita (a locals fave) for some tacos that will rock your world. DidI mention the ceviche? My God, I'm drooling!!! You get it. Over and out...

The view from the room was incredible, The rooms are simple very clean ,creating a peaceful relaxing environment. If you are a five star hotel type this is not the place for you, ,but if you are looking for a quiet peaceful place to relax with a incredible view this is it. A lot of uphill walking so have a good pair of shoes . Every morning we had hot water which was a bonus. We are going back next year and for longer.

The town is beautiful. The people are not very nice.

The town is beautiful. The people are not very nice. You find rarely people who acknowledge or say hello. I wish I would’ve known you have to take a 40-50 min boat ride from another town to get here and the boat rides stop after a certain time which make it difficult if you have other activities. Also, there is nobody to show you around town. When you arrive someone who works for the place one is staying at should meet you and show you where to go and help with luggage. None of this happened. Also, I only saw 3 restaurants around the area we were in, and they were all very pricey. The beach was not very clean. There are a lot of rocks in the area. Doesn’t look or feel relaxing.

We LOVED our accommodations!

We LOVED our accommodations! Very clean, great location and FABULOUS view!!!! We ran out of water mid trip and called the host. She had fresh water delivered within 5 minutes. We had an amazing time in Yelapa. The food at the restaurants was 5 stars. There was hiking, beach activities, water boat excursions. We will return.

Get ready for donkeys, horses, cattle and dogs using the same thoroughfare as you are, along with motorcycles and quads. There are no cars or trucks, this is truly throwback; and, if you’re looking for that - you’ll find it in Yelapa. We ate at Los Abuelas our first night, delicious and with a good view. The second night we ate at Restaurant Bar Yelapa. This was a part of our hotel; Casa Choco and a very decent meal. We spent an entire day on the Beach at Tinos, where we had a beachfront umbrella with very comfortable layout chairs. Free if you buy a few drinks. Also ran into Sammy, apparently the greeter for the town. He remembered us from our first day there; Sammy wears a 49ers hat. In all we were pleasantly surprised with Yelapa.

Located very centrally in Yelapa. Room is large, comfortable bed. Kitchenette kitted out quite well except there wasn't a lighter for the stove - we had to contact a WhatsApp number and request one. Local cleaner and handyman seemed nice but clearly not the folks in charge - that's a Puerto Vallarta management firm. WiFi worked well.

This property was amazing! Great views wonderful private pool and lots of fans to help with the heat. The wrap around balcony was perfect! The little private beach was wonderful! Would stay here again! Only thing I would say is air conditioning would have been nice, but the fans helped! Beautiful place!

The view was incredible. Two king beds were amazing. Yuri was 10/10 for service. She helped us with everything we could ask for. It was so peaceful and quiet. Yelapa doesn’t really have a market, I really recommend bringing your own food from Puerto Vallarta if you are going to cook.
