Such lovely and relaxed owners. Even though it wasn’t necessary, Matthijs picked me up from the station after returning my bike. Also, I was supposed to travel with a friend but he fell ill. They removed some of the price, even though I didn’t inform them beforehand. Really kind. Room and breakfast were exceptional. There’s a living room with all kinds of facilities and coffee and tea 24/7.

Lovely area with lots of cycle trails and access to a good...

Lovely area with lots of cycle trails and access to a good selection of towns.Hardewijk is well worth several visits and the bike ferries at Horst and Biddinghuizen were useful for reaching further afield

The place itself is very pretty.

The place itself is very pretty. The room looked very nice and new. The staff at the restaurant was very unorganized. we had to ask 3 people for the menu. The first 2 did not show up within 30 minutes anymore. So after 45 minutes we could order a drink. For paying the same, we asked 2 people to pay and they just did not come back to us.l and everything took forever. This was a waste of time and the waters who forgot did not even apologized. There was a group of men staying in the hotel that took it completely over. Already in the restaurant and pool area it was uncomfortable loud and they were so loud and started banging on the doors and shouting between 1-6 in the night. I was not able to sleep more then 3 hours. I tried to find a staff member to make the guests more cautious of the other guests but I couldn’t find anyone. To be honest I did not feel comfortable to tell them myself, as they were clearly drunk, loud and seemed to be out of control (one woman against 15 men). Sadly I was looking so much forward for a nice relaxed weekend in the veluwe but it turned out to be a nerve thriving trip and I am More stressed then before I came :(

The staff is very nice and professional, lovely the pool service to order drinks and actually not crazy expensive (big greetings to Dimitri) . The gym is small but actually very good to have a full training session. The pool is beautiful and big enough. The breakfast is delicious with a lot of choices of salty and sweets . We rented the E-Bikes and it was really worthy! The hotel itself is big and very nice, you really feel into the nature! Very clean and also the room was spaceful and full optional.

Good location. A lot of dogs stayed in the hotel because of the fire works. My dog was very relaxed which was nice. Every year he has stress because of the fireworks. We could have breakfast in an area where the dogs were allowed. I appreciate it when hotels are accommodating this because not every dog can stay alone in the (strange) hotel room. The sauna was perfect! Beds very comfortable. We stayed in the Nature room, very nice room

I liked everything about this hotel. The location is really nice; all you hear are birds. Breakfast is good, there's a lot of choice and you can also enjoy it outside. Rooms are clean and quiet. The staff (in hotel and restaurant) is very friendly. The weather was a bit chilly, but because the pool is heated I could swim anyway.
