Hotel Golden Tulip is on the boulevard next to the beach of Noordwijk, just a 5 minute walk from the center. Great location with a wonderful view (we had a room with a seaview). Very friendly personnel. We loved the possibility of take away dinners and drinks in the room after 17:00 when all the restaurants had to close due to COVID-19 regulations. Everything was arranged very well. We enjoyed the pool. With the time slots for swimming you can just have it all for yourselves and enjoy the privacy. Wonderful breakfast, a lot of choice.

Glorious beaches & restaurants. Friendly shop keepers & interesting shops. Stayed at The Beach Hotel: Best to leave the car in the hotel car park. Everything is walking distance - walk into town along the shore line with the waves lapping your toes.
It's a small beach town which is easily reachable by public transport from Amsterdam Airport. The water was quite cold in April, so one couldn't really go in, but otherwise the beach was clean and enjoyable. You can definitely enjoy long walk along the water. There was a space walk kind of thing on the promenade where the different astronauts had their handprints engraved in tiles. There are lots of food options on and near the beach as well. However, the town goes to bed early. I couldn't find food one night around 9pm.
Famous place and great location for dinner at beach clubs/restaurants. I loved the dining options there and the chilled atmosphere - perfect for a longdrink at the beach after a sunny day. I can recommend Nomad Beach Club and Tulum beach club. Take a blanket and go to the beach before sunset and enjoy watching the kitesurfers in the evening. Definitely would recommend to do a bike ride to Haarlem via the dunes or Leiden. Finding parking lots might be difficult during summer days.
Noordwijk area is popular for congresses, especially the European Space Agency Technology Centre. I have stayed in some pretty dreary hotels further inland so decided to look for a better place myself. Ended up staying on the beach front in a very reasonably priced hotel. Plenty to do if you like walking. Note that overnight parking is free - the signs don't make that very clear to foreign visitors.
A fabulous beach that makes for a wonderful holiday if the weather is good. Horse riding, cycling, paddle boarding and walking are only a few of the things to do. The beach bars and restaurants are excellent and there is a wide variety of type and expense. Clean and appeared to be safe to walk around. Weather is more predictable in summer months.
This was a nice short trip to the seaside. Very nice personnel and a clean and well prepared modern room at the Hotel Radisson Blue. We decide short notice to go to Nordwijk for one night. At home we had 38C and in Nordwijk pleasently 25C. Nice dinner at De Raggers. We had an enormous delicious seafood platter. The price for the evening was high but acceptable. On the side: If you eat something outside at the dunes, the warnings around the seagulls are no joke, we were attacked by one of the birds and lost a little chunk of fish. Nothing serious , but quite an adventure ;-) Parking at the entrance of the town coming from the south is a bit cheaper than directly in the city centre and free overnight
Very close to the beach but no view. Clean room. Fan was provided. Breakfast was awesome with fresh croissants and smoothies. The coffee machine was excellent and available all day long. The rec room was a nice surprise with a pool table and foosball. Pool table was missing the 8 ball, but had two 4 balls. Plenty of USB charging stations and 220 V chargers in room.
Noordwijk aan Zee
The accommodation was beautiful and furnished with great attention to detail. It is a short walk to town and the beach and Eric and Valerie are wonderful hosts. We felt very comfortable and are still dreaming about Valerie's world class breakfast! Also the sauna is great for rainy days :)
The hotel surprised me positively in many ways. the rooms were clean, comfortable and equipped with everything you need. It offers an extremely tasty breakfast menu and the location in town is also very good. It only takes a few minutes to walk to the beach.
Noordwijk aan Zee
Cosy place just a few blocks from the beach, with everything I needed (even espresso cup which I normally bring with me)! The hosts are very accommodating with any requests I made, for which I am grateful. Hope to visit again!
We consider ourselves regular customers in this friendly hotel. We love the sea and the wonderful beach, the hotel‘s own Beach Club. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are spacious and super clean!

Nice Staff, Clean room, close to the beach
Close to the beach.
The hotel was just beautiful, amazing ocean view from room, super comfortable bed and very quiet. It was very luxurious and shout out to all the staff who were very nice and helpful. Highlight was last night there was a Nobility Ball which was fun to watch everyone dressed very formally with trumpet and drum fanfare as everyone entered. Renting an electric bike was a highlight too and cycling the dunes and to other towns.
this was truly a five star boutique spot! We had breakfast and dinner in the restaurant and they were perfect chef creations. We could see the ocean from our room and we watched the tulip festival parade from our balcony. The staff (and Sophie) were amazing! We had traveled all night via plane and were so tired and they hustled to accommodate us early. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place. 5 stars!
