It's my second stay at Klaas and Marleen's property. Last time I booked the large apartment, but this time I stayed at the room with a shared kitchen. The room was perfectly clean. It had an air conditioning, so even if it was cold outside, the room was wonderfully warm. The bathroom was beautifully designed, the shower was multifunctional. I had a large terrace outside my room (must be real paradise on Summer). The location is perfect. It's central, with lots of stores next door, the neighbourhood is 100% safe. The stairs are very steep and narrow, but there's a luggage elevator in the building, so having even a large suitcase is not a problem at all.

We had the studio split level. The rooms we had were very lovely. They were cleaned well and the rooms were very spacious. The private kitchenette was a plus. We tried the breakfast, and it went far above our expectations. Just to note, the breakfast is large so you can keep some for leftovers for the next day as we did. The attic room was also beautiful and spacious. All the facilities worked well and we really enjoyed our stay. Family friendly and excellent hosts!

This was my first stay in a camp ever and I have to say that I am very satisfied. I did a right choice and selected a small hut (1 night stay) and I felt very cosy in it. It is a great camp 2 km from Urk and midst fantastic nature, fantastically cared lawns and sufficient offer of food & snacks. Reception staff very friendly, you can order snacks at the reception and pick them up next morning for a fresh breakfast. A pity I could stay only 1 night but I had to go on (I travelled by car and did 4000 km in 8 days visiting 7 countries). There is also a pool and playground for kids and pony horses. And there are 3 beautiful cats in the camp going around. One of them was insisting and I let him in the hut and he jumped on a bed immediatelly to lie down. I like cats and please my request to camp staff: please keep some food and water for cats so they can eat and drink and enjoy in the camp, too. Thank you.
