Lovely bar and restaurant on the port. Location.

The room was nice, clean and big. The location was great connection with high way and train. You can park your car at the hotel and take train to city center.

All the staff we met were lovely and the breakfast was really good

Cosy warm welcome from the locals in the pub down stairs. Sound proofing is great, you don't hear a thing! View of the windmill across the road. Lovely walk to the train station, and fantastic take away a few minutes walk.

Big and clean rooms with coffee and tea ,big and beautiful place for eating also some live music at the evening .Area around hotel is calm and pretty .

The stairs to the second floor was scary for my age. Excellent people to deal with I appreciate a lot how fast they have arranged a battery boost for my car after a long storage period

Everything... but here are some highlights... great staff, they all are friendly, thoughtful and caring. Great atmosphere in hotel everyone working together for the benefit of guests...rare these days. Room was large, air-conditioned, clean, comfortable. Breakfast was amazing! Easy walk to central station and other transport links and main attractions. This will be my go to place in Rotterdam. Note: the staff thoughtfully upgraded me to an air-conditioned room due to a rare, but warm, Rotterdam city... many thanks again

Location and interior. People are always friendly and the service is excellent. I had a minor issue but it was solved very quickly and adequately.

Stayed here for the Spijkenisse marathon, very nice staff. They let us check out at 17:00 the next day so we could shower after the marathon. Nice room and good breakfast!

An amazing Dutch experience!! The location was convenient for my purposes, close to the metro line and to the center. The room was clean and adequately furnished. Regarding housekeeping, it was consistent and respectful of my schedule. All the people running the hotel were professional and responsive, especially at reception. Easy processes, convenience and communication are what characterize Hotel Baan

It was great and comfortable, worth the price it was. Good location near the airport or the bus stop. The staff was very nice and there is also a small store nearby.

Nice and quite place next to small lake. 15 min walk to ciry center. Communicatiin with host was perfect- on time and supportive. Reccomend!
