Upon arrival at the hotel, we were impressed by the decor and overall look of the hotel. The grounds are also lovely, the lake was frozen when we arrived, and very picturesque! The reception staff were fantastic and spoke excellent English (thank you!). Our room was lovely, very clean and it had everything that we needed for a comfortable three night stay. We ate our dinners in the hotel restaurant and the food was excellent. The breakfast was also lovely, really nice quality across the board.

Great hotel. It is not far from the center and at the same time in a quiet place. I had a two-story room. The room was cozy, clean and warm. I am satisfied with my stay there.

the room was very well designed, very pretty and super clean. Staff was very accommodating and friendly and the little street the hotel is at was very quiet (during the week that was). The room had a little box with funny faces to make fotos with. Super fun and was good for a real good laugh. The personal note in the room was felt special and showed dedication and appreciation for the guests. Well done for an outstanding Customer Experience.

I loved the self check-in and out! The room itself was pleasant and the bathroom as well. It was perfect for a one night stay. The only thing is that the heater didn't heat up but luckily the room wasn't that cold.

We arrived and greeted by a friendly young man - Rene. The location is perfect. Just down the road from the station The room was spacious, comfortable and modern. The fire place was a lovely touch! Breakfast in the room was a treat! Everything was top class!!!

The location is superb!!! And you have a parking across the hotel. It is the perfect place to stay to be down town. Very quiet during the night so you can sleep well while being close to downtown. Pillows were great!
