The location was fantastic - close to Leiden, close to Keukenhof, close to the airport - but the surroundings were even better! The park was lovely and beautiful! The staff were friendly and very helpful. The food in the restaurant was wonderful!

The perfect location right next to the exit of Leiden station! You can go almost everywhere in Leiden by walk and enjoy good restaurants nearby. Breakfast is good, also very nice to have lunch there if you have a meeting there. Great view, great room, definitely great place to stay.

Second time I accommodated myself here in this fine hotel which has very nice, comfortable rooms (perfect beds!) designed in the spirit of the Dutch's Golden Age. Upon arrival I was offered a free drink during check-inn, much appreciated! Perfectly situated close to the historical centre of Leiden. Very, very kind multi-langue staff helping with everyday problems of travellers (in my case: a.o. I had to have my car parked in the hotel's parking house a few hours longer than checkout / than I had rented the room - it was not a big issue). Highly recommended! Thanks a lot & keep up this very customer-friendly way which is difficult to find these very days! See you soon/next time! In any case, our 12 points ... from Germany ... go to ... the Netherlands! They let us check in earlier when we are so tired and had heavy bags. Just for that relief I will be forever thankful.

Great location, 2 minutes walk to the train station and a short walk into Leiden. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were comfortable and clean and the breakfast buffet had a very good range of options and very good quality.

the hotel itself was good overall, it had a good breakfast variety but we did not take it. We were there for 3 days, and the hotel was very comfortable. The locaction is great - 1 minute walk from the train station and close to everything! Well worth it!

Beautiful, spacious room…even with a turret area to sit and read and enjoy the sun. Lovely bathroom, everything was clean.

My room was very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The bed was comfortable, and I had a great night’s sleep. However, the stairs leading to the room might be challenging for someone with mobility issues. The hotel is in a great location, close to everything Leiden has to offer. Breakfast wasn’t included in the room rate, but the selection was good and the food was tasty.

Large room. We enjoyed having a balcony and being able to ventilate the room and it had a nice bathtub. The restaurant food was lovely. We rented very good e-bikes from the hotel and spent a day cycling with the Dutch. They are so proficient.

A nice cozy hotel at a great location, easy to find.

Cozy, friendly and attentive staff, peaceful location, just on the kanaal near the small park and mill, 8 min walking from the station. Comfortable beds. We stayed on King’s night, but could sleep quietly as the hotel is outside of the historic city centre, which can be reached in 15 min walk. Highly recommended!
