We stayed only one night. I chose the accommodation using the filter “24-hour reception,” assuming there would be a self check-in option – since our ferry was scheduled to arrive in Bodø at 00:30. The owners were so kind and waited for us until half past one in the morning, and Jens came to check us in! The accommodation is clean, the kitchen is spacious and fully equipped. I also noticed there is a washing machine and dryer available (we didn’t use it as we left in the morning). Once again, thank you very much!

The room was really clean and it had everything you would need, having all the facilities. We had a parking spot in front of the house. Moreover, the beds were confortable and we had a spectacular view. It is a family business and the hosts were amazing people and they had the best home-made pizza and lasagna we have ever eaten. We would love to return and we were sad to leave! Thank you for our staying!

Good place for fishing and walking around. Nice restaurant with excellent food. Our room had its own entrance, very comfortable. Excellent choice when you arrive from Lofoten and want to stay in smaller place to avoid bigger place Bodø.

Marvellous view over the water towards Saltstraumen bridge (select your apartment type as not all have the great views, but that is reflected in the price so you can choose what you think is most important) Great staff, very helpful regarding fishing hot spots. Great boats, with a very comfortable solution for fuelling and cleaning the boats (2 separate jetties). Nice cleaning stations for your catch. Plenty parking space.

Situated in Bodø, 30 km from The Norwegian Aviation Museum, Camp Saltstraumen-Elvegård features barbecue facilities and views of the mountain.

A very nice quiet camping with nice huts. Mine was confortable and had simple things such as a furnace. The people managing the place were very kind and friendly. I highly recommend it if you are with family or friends but it is also a very nice stop while traveling.
