The small town of Kinsarvik gave me the most surprises during this trip to Norway! 1) It is slightly farther from Trolltunga than Odda, but its rooms are easier to book and the prices are more reasonable. 2) The scenery of the town is very beautiful. 3) The elderly gentleman at the front desk who received me was very kind, warm and thoughtful. Knowing we were going to Trolltunga, he even checked the weather for us and asked if we needed to prepare breakfast. When he saw us return from Trolltunga, he told me to take a good rest right away. I am very grateful to him.

This hotel is located by Lake Sandvevatnet in the village of Odda, close to the Hardangervidda National Park and Folgefonna Glacier Park. The center of Odda is 1.3 mi away.

Nice, comfy mattress, good pillows. Bathroom is little small, but just enough for smaller people. You have a teapot, tea, some coffee, sugar. The staff is nice, they will their best to help you.

Nice full equiped and modern apartment with 2 rooms and comfy double beds, excellent living roon with sofa, TV and balcony, very clean and nice bathroom. Host was attentive and friendly. Perfect for families, my children enjoyed thier stay here. Excellent location in Odda Sentrum close to restaurants and cruise port.

I had a great stay. So peaceful, in connection with the fjords at all times seeing them through the window, and everything I needed right there: a perfectly equipped kitchen, a beautiful dining room, a place to swim and relax, a beautiful trail around the corner, a supermarket, a kayak (and assistance) from the hosts... They were the most genuine, caring people, it was so nice to stay with them. Highly recommend to stay here!! Ideally for multiple days so you can really unwind, slow down, soak in the beauty...
