Great cabin in the forest! The cabin has been renovated nicely so still has log cabin features but modern kitchen and bathroom plus modern TV making it very comfortable if the weather is not so good outdoors. Handy location with only 10mins drive to Hellesylt where you can catch ferry to Geiranger. There are also plenty of nice walks in the surrounding hills which the host Kim Andre was very kind to tell us about. Would definitely stay again:)

Everything was really great, the location,the cleanliness, and the staff. We had a very peaceful evening. There is a kitchen where you can prepare your own meals. You can also store your food and drinks in the refrigerator. It is also possible to walk to the town, where you can have a dinner .

Beautifully situated by the Geiranger Fjord, Grande Fjord Hotel offers rooms with cable TV and private bathrooms. Most rooms have private balconies with stunning fjord views.

Beautiful historic property, impeccably renovated and decorated. One intern, Claudio, was exceptionally professional and attentive. Stunning building, lovely staff overall, but the service simply does not match the price or the reputation.
